COMMENTS: I took care of Kemper & Hillary when I arrived and did chores before getting Dr. Vesper up. He ate breakfast and took his morning meds. After breakfast, I gave him a shave and a shower and helped him get dressed. We left the house at 1p for his 1:30 appointment with Dr. Wilson, this was his 3 month follow-up appointment, nothing new, no changes.  We picked up a carry out from Olive Garden own our way home for dinner later.  We did exercise when we got home and then he napped while I did laundry. After dinner Dr. Vesper watched TV while I sat the table for breakfast and prepared morning meds. He took his p.m. meds and I helped him get ready for bed.

COMMENTS: I had just finished feeding the animals and was getting cleaning supplies out when Dr. Vesper walked out. It’s been a while since he got up on his own. He had breakfast and took his AM meds. After breakfast, he had a sponge bath and got dressed. In the afternoon, he had lunch, watched TV, exercised and took a nap. While he napped, I stripped the bed, washed the sheets and bed pad and remade the bed. Jeannie bought dinner tonight, unfortunately Front St café was closed, so we had to settle for Gold Star. After dinner he watched TV while I cleaned up from dinner. I prepared morning meds and breakfast setup for tomorrow. Dr. Vesper took his pm meds and prepared for bed.

COMMENTS: After taking care of Kemper and Hillary, I got Dr. Vesper, he had his morning meds with breakfast. After breakfast I gave him a sponge bath and helped him get dressed.  He was wet, but only PJs and bed pad was affected. In the afternoon, he did exercise, napped, talked to Mary and watched TV. After dinner he watched TV until bedtime. I cleaned up the kitchen and did dishes.  I prepared breakfast and a.m. meds for tomorrow.  He took his p.m. meds and prepared for bed.

COMMENTS: I got Dr. Vesper, after taking care of the animals.  He had a complete sponge bath and a change of clothes before breakfast. He had his morning meds with breakfast.  In the afternoon, he did exercise, watched TV and napped. After dinner he watched TV until bedtime. I cleaned up the kitchen and did dishes.  I prepared breakfast and a.m. meds for tomorrow.  He took his p.m. meds and prepared for bed.

COMMENTS: I took care of Hillary & Kemper and did chores until Dr. Vesper was ready to get up. He had breakfast and took his morning meds. I had to give him a sponge bath and get him dressed before breakfast because his pajamas were wet. In the afternoon, he did exercise, snoozed & watched TV After dinner, he watched TV until bedtime. I gave him his p.m. meds and he got ready for bed.  I set the table with morning meds and breakfast for tomorrow.

NOTE: We had to do (3) complete change of clothes today, once I had to wash the chair cover and (2) throws. Since I had so little to do today, Hillary decided to throw up (5) times, never on hardwood, these animals seem to prefer green carpet.

COMMENTS:  Dr. Vesper was up at 10:30 this morning to see Jessica & Tyler off. He had his breakfast and morning meds. Our cleaning schedule was a little off this week because of the holidays, Elena came in the afternoon to clean. While she was busy cleaning, I packed away inside Christmas decorations. After dinner, he got a shave, shower and fresh PJ’s then relaxed and watched TV until bedtime. I set the table for breakfast and morning meds. He took his p.m. meds and got ready for bed.

 NOTE: We had a special dessert from Belize today, a gift from Elena‘s sister. It was a Belizean fruitcake, made with homemade plum wine. It was totally different from American fruitcake, delicious! WARNING, don’t eat and drive!

COMMENTS:  After taking care of the animals, I got Dr. Vesper up. Both he and his bed was completely soaked all the way down to the mattress. He had to have a complete and thorough sponge bath before dressing. After getting him cleaned and dry, he had breakfast and morning medications, a good glucose reading of 100 this morning. In the afternoon, Dr. Vesper relaxed, did exercised, watched TV and napped while I spent the rest of the day doing laundry. Dr. Vesper continued to add to the major chore of laundry, two additional complete changes of clothes in the afternoon. Jessica took Tyler out for an afternoon of indoor play at Graeters. I had dinner almost ready when they got home. The Gephardt‘s came up around 9p to say goodbye to Jessica and Tyler, who will be leaving tomorrow afternoon. Dr. Vesper watched TV after dinner, while I did the dishes and set the table for morning breakfast and a.m. meds. Dr. Vesper took his p.m. meds and prepared for bed.
