• When I arrived Dr.Vesper and rose were sleeping had to call the home phone to get him to let me in,

I checked the I-pad it was dead a small red line on the battery so I plugged it in , couldn’t see any updates.

Gave Rose her morning pill (levothyroxine) eye drops in eyes.

checked cleaned out litter box etc…

Fed kemper outside per dr vesper .,refilled bowl for 4:00 feeding and skin meds added have to kemper at 4 and dental stix

Got rose up at 10:30 all transfers went well to r/r and changed clothes  washed up for the day, wet depends she also unirated,

into livingspace  gave rose her 2 morning meds did well made breakfast she ate well as usually , omelette 2 eggs bacon and toast , chocolate milk 4 oz , ,OJ-8oz. Brushed Rose teeth after breakfast.

back to r/r BM a lot also unirated approx 1:30 and again at 4:00 BM

 

Dr Vesper up and wanted to go to church  April: 11:45, I hadn’t read the blog about that time mossy call filled me in , he seems very confused this morning thinking he had already eaten ,

1  Daughter Stephanie stopped by and assisted me in getting her moms meds together  at 2:00 and well as taking to her dad helping him around he seems very unsteady and confused having him use roses wheel chair to move around the house per mossy, also husband and granddaughter were their as well , after they left he went to the r/r  and straight to bed I checked on him several times he wasn’t sleeping all the time.

I finally around noonish I got Dr.Vesper to eat breakfast and noticed he hadn’t taken his pills , so I gave them to him so I knew he took them all I also got his eye drops in1 that was due for the morning and 2 of the other drops that were scheduled during my shift,

Lunch Dr. Vesper had ham sandwich and 7-up.

Lunch Rose had 1/2 PBJ,  cottage cheese, grapes & water 8 oz .rose ate it all.

my shift was 10am to 5 pm
