When i arrived mossy filled me in on the day, and things going on around here. Rose and dr vesper were sitting in the livingroom. I prepaired salads, and fixed dinner, tilopia, carrots and wild rice, they really enjoyed that, along with ice cream for desert. I cleaned the kitchen and got things ready for the next day, i also gave Rose her 3 tegritins, and her evening meds as well as Dr vesper. I took Rose to the rr and she did have a very small Bm. I put her pjs on and changed her depend and took her to bed, she gave me a kiss on the cheek and sais “thank you”, shes such a treat, I put her drops in her eyes and told her goodnight. WHEN I ARRIVED I SAID HELLO TO ROSE, WHILE MOSSY WAS CLEANING DR VESPERS WOUND ON HIS ARM. MOSSY SHOWED ME WHAT TO MAKE FOR DINNER, FROM BLUE RIBBON. I GOT SALADS READY THEM STARTED ON DINNER. ROSE AND DR VESPER HAD THEIR USUAL FRUIT SALAD AND PORK BOLOGNESE DISH FROM BLUE APRON. ROSE HAD KIFER MILK AND DOC HAD 7UP TO DRINK. THEY BOTH HAD ICE CREAM FOR DESERT. I TALKED WITH DR VESPER DURING DINNER ABOUT HUMMING BIRDS, HE IS REALLY FASCINATED WITH THEM. I CLEANED UP DINNER MESS AND DID THE DISHES, SANITIZED COUNTER TOPS. I GOT THINGS READY FOR THE MORNING MEDS FOR BOTH ROSE AND DR VESPER. THEY BOTH HAD THEIR EVENING MEDS AT 8PM. I TOOK ROSE TO THE RR TO GET HER READY FOR BED SHE HAD A BM IN HER DEPEND AND ANOTHER WHILE ON THE TOILET. SHE URINED AS WELL. I PUT HER PAJAMAS ON HER CLEANED HER UP AND BRUSHED HER TEETH BEFORE I TOOK HER TO BED. I PUT HER EYE DROPS IN HER EYES AND TOLD HER GOODNIGHT SHE KISSED MY CHEEK I JUST LOVE HER! I TOLD DOC GOODNIGHT BEFORE I LEFT HE WAS GETTING READY FOR BED, HE LOCKED UP THE HOUSE AS I WAS LEAVING.

When i arrived Roberta was bringing Rose out of the rr. She filled me in on the day. Dr Vesper was at church. Rose and I listened to music while I made salads and got dinner prepared. Dr Vesper returned at 6:20, him and Rose watched tv while i finished dinner. They had crab cakes, salad, and corn, and ice cream and a brownie for desert. Rose also had h2o and kiefer milk. Rose had three tegretin at dinner. Dr Vesper and Rose watched some more tv while I cleaned up dinner mess, and got things ready for tomorrow. Both Rose and Dr Vesper had their night meds at 8:00. I took Rose to the rr and put her pjs on she did urine as well. I washed her face and brushed her teeth. I put her to bed and put her eye drops in her eyes. I went out to the kitchen and told Dr Vesper goodnight, he said he will lock up shortly, I left at 9:oo.

I arrived around 4:45, Rose was sitting in the living room in her w/c next to Dr Vesper. Mossy greeted me at the door and filled me in on some things with Kemper. I taked to Rose for a bit, then Mossy got chicken ready to be put in the oven. I made their salads, and started to prepair dinner. Jessica came and chatted with me for a bit, then we sat down for dinner. Rose had italian, chicken, salad, wild rice, and green beans with water and kiefer milk. They both had ice cream for desert. Jessica loaded the dishwasher, and wiped counters. Rose and DR Vesper watched tv while i got things ready for tomorrow. Dr vesper took his night meds, Rose had her meds too. Also her Tegretin after dinner. I took rose to the rr and she urined, no bm, I brushed her teeth and  got her pjs on. Rose was in bed at 8:50, I gave her eye drops and told her goodnight. I talked to Jessica and told her to be safe on her way home, and told Dr Vesper good night. I left at 9:00.

10am-5pm When I arrived Jessica walked to the gate to let me in. When I went into the house Dr Vesper was still in bed with Rose, I got Rose her morning pill gave it o her with water, got things ready for Rose to get up to start her day. I got  stuff ready  for her breakfast to be cooked, then got her out of bed, she was very wet including her bedding. Took Rose to the bathroom, (urine,BM), got her cleaned up with a sponge bath, got her dressed, fixed her hair. I took Rose to the kitchen and talked to her while I made her Breakfast, and gave her miralax, in her oj, and her 3 tegretins before she at. She had scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, 2 slices of bacon, toast, and watermelon and cantelope, with water and oj. Jessica and I chatted for a few mins then I took Rose back to the rr to brush her teeth. We went back to the dining room and i turned on music and cleaned up breakfast mess. Dr Vesper woke up and sat on the couch for a moment, then he left to go watch a movie with his sister in-law. Rose did her exercises, for about 10 mins. I took her back to the bathroom at 12.30 (urine, BM). I gave Rose her 2pm meds with 1 tums, 2 multivitamins, and 1/2 xanax.  She ate her lunch cottage cheese and tomato’s with water and apple juice, then we listened to music for a few mins while i picked things up . Rose took a nap in her chair from 2:45 till 4pm. I woke her up and to her to the rr at 4:15 (urine, BM small). I cleaned her up and we went back to the kitchen and talked with Jessica until Susan arrived, I got to meet susan she was very pleasant.

I unloaded the dishwasher, cleaned up after meals swept the kitchen and entry way, sanitized counter tops. Jessica put Roses pjs and bedding in the wsh. I made the bed when they were dry. Rose was very happy today, just tired.

When i arrived this morning, I called to clock in. I got Rose her morning pill with her water, Dr Vesper gave it to her, with her other morning meds. I got Roses breakfast ready to be fixed when she gets up. I  got Rose out of bed, with help from Dr Vesper, and took her to the bathroom she used the RR(urine) cleaned her up, got her dressed, fixed her hair, and went to eat breakfast. Oatmeal, bacon, watermelon, cantelope, water, and orange juice. After bf i brushed her teeth, cleaned up after bf. We did exercises, and rose napped in her chair. at 2pm i gave Rose her pills from the machine, 1 tums, 2 multivitamins, 1/2 xanax. I talked to Jessica for a bit while Rose was eating bf, and during the day. Rose had cotage cheese and tomatoes with water for lunch. After lunch she use the rr again (urine), then Rose napped again. At 6pm Rose had her 3targretins, then Rose and Dr Vesper ate dinner, salad, ham steaks, grilled pineapple, peas, sweet potato casserole, and cressonts. No desert.

After dinner Rose and Dr Vesper watched some TV together while I did some chores, vacumed, washed dishes, set DR Vespers table for bf, sanitized counters. I gave Dr Vesper his pm meds with water. Roberta came to help out with bedtime routine, she gave Rose her bedtime meds, and we took Rose to the rr (urine, and BM). We cleaned her up and put her pjs on and put her to bed. Rose had a great day today she was very alert talking her few words ad moving around alot.
