10 am arrived. Stephanie caught me up on all the happenings since I was there last. Stated Dr. Vesper had a slip out of bed this morning. He was ok though. He had already been up and washed off then went back to bed. Gave Rose her Levothyroxine and eye drop. Cleaned up Hillarys bathroom and prepared for breakfast and morning routine. Rose up at 10:30, was very wet, soaked through pajamas, morning meds. To RR, spongebath, depend changed (had small BM in it), small BM in toilet, clothes changed. Stephanie got Dr. Vesper up and out to dining room and checked blood sugar while I prepared Rose breakfast. Rose ate well. Teeth brushed.

12:30 Took Dr. Vesper to RR, helped with ambulation. Back to recliner. Rose to RR at 12:45. She was dry, very little urine output. Back to living area. ROM exercises. Dr. Vesper napping in chair off and on most of afternoon. Rose had a good lunch. 2PM meds, TUM and 2 gummy vitamins. Rested in chair beside Dr. Vesper. Checked his blood sugar at 2. It was 245. He got 4 units of insulin. Rose and Dr. Vesper both napped for awhile. Dr. Vesper to rr at 4. Helped with ambulation. Back to recliner. Took Rose at 4:45. She was wet, small BM in toilet. Back to living area.

Everyone started showing up for Lily’s birthday party. Stephanie done the cooking. It was a great get together. Rose ate very well! It was a late night for her. Rose and Dr. Vesper both took PM meds. Set up for morning. Got her to RR at 9:15. Had BM in depend and then went a little on the toilet. Got her cleaned up, night depend on, changed into PJs, teeth brushed and into bed. She was very wore out by the time we got her to bed. Stephanie was getting Dr. Vesper ready for bed when I left. .

Breakfast – french toast with fruit, bacon, oj with Miralax

Lunch – cottage cheese and fruit, chocolate drink

Dinner – tuscan chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, 1/2 slice bread with butter, fruit salad, kefir drink

Fluids – 8 oz water w/ meds, 8 oz oj, 12 oz water, 8 oz chocolate drink, 12 oz water, 8 oz kefir drink

Meds – Levothyroxine, eye drop, morning meds, 2 pm meds, Tum, 2 gummy vitamins, pm meds

Chores – touched up bathrooms, swept floors, vacuumed, cleaned glass on door, sanitized counters, swept entry

Arrived at 10 am. Andrew let me in. He showed me Dr. Vesper’s log for his blood sugar. He left shortly after. Gave Rose her Levothyroxine and eye drops. Cleaned up litter box, fed Hillary. Got bathroom ready for morning. Rose up at 10:30, AM meds, into bathroom. She was barely wet this morning. Very little urine while on toilet. Sponge bath, depend and clothes changed. Into living area. Prepared breakfast. Ate well. Dr Vesper up at 11:30 helped him get dressed and out to dining room table. Tested blood sugar, took insulin and morning meds. Finished feeding Rose. Teeth brushed, 12:30 bathroom, was wet, very little urine output in toilet. Back to living area. Helped Dr. Vesper to bathroom, then back out to living room. Eye drops, then he watched television

1pm ROM exercises with Rose. She was a little rigid today and very verbal. Ate all her lunch. 2pm meds , then brushed teeth. Out to sit in living room with Dr. Vesper. Napped rest of shift, while I done chores. Mossy came by with some supplies for Dr. Vesper. Andrew arrived to take Dr. Vesper to church.

Breakfast- French toast with berries and syrup, 2 pieces of bacon, orange juice w/ miralax

Lunch – 2 boiled eggs, cheese stick,  peaches, chocolate drink

Fluids – 8 oz water with Levothyroxine, 8 oz orange juice, 12 oz water, 8 oz chocolate drink, 12 oz water (32 oz water altogether)

Meds-Levothyroxine, eye drops, AM Meds, 2 pm Meds, Tum, 2 gummy vitamins

Chores – disinfected counters, cleaned glass on door, touched up bathrooms, swept and vacuumed floors, swept entry way

Andrew – had stayed the night, then back to take him to church @ 4:30

10am I arrived. Dr. Vesper still sleeping. Accidentally set off alarm when I arrived. He got it shut off. I gave Rose her Levothyroxine and eye drops while Dr. started his breakfast. Fed Kemper, set up for breakfast and set up bathroom for morning. Got Rose up at 10:30, gave am meds. She was wet but not soaked through. Took to bathroom. Spongebath, depend, and clothes changed. She urinated. Out to living area while I fixed breakfast. Ate 100%. She listened to music while I cleaned up from breakfast. In meantime Dr. Vesper had went to bed before taking meds. Took meds to him. He took them and I gave eye drop.

12:30 Took Rose into bathroom, dry, urinated. Back out to living area. Done ROM exercises with her. She done well. Had lunch. 2 pm meds, Tum, and gummy vitamins. Rested in living area while listening to music. I done chores around house. Took Rose to bathroom at 4:30 was wet, changed depend, urinated. Out to sit in living room with Dr. Vesper who had just gotten up. He refused any snack.

Meds- Levothyroxine, eye drops, 2 pm meds, Tum, 2 gummy vitamins

Liquids- 8oz with Levothyroxine, 8 oz oj , 12 oz water before lunch, 8oz chocolate protein drink, 12oz water before dinner

Chores- wiped down counters, swept entry way, swept floors, vacuumed rugs, cleaned glass door

10 am – Dr. Vesper was doing his blood sugar when I arrived. Kemper had been fed. Gave Rose her Levothyroxine and 8oz water. Cleaned Hillary’s litter box, fresh food and water (water fountain not working). 10:30 Compression hose on Rose. Got Rose up, gave morning meds with yogurt. She was wet only to chuck pad. Into bathroom, spongebath, changed clothes and depends. Out to living area. Dr. Vesper back to bed. He talked to Joan and told her not to come get him for church today. Cleaned up from Dr. Vesper breakfast. Prepared and fed breakfast.

11:30am – 12:30 pm Turned on music for Rose. Cleaned up kitchen, swept entry way, swept and vacuumed floors, touched up bathroom, cleaned windows. Took Rose to bathroom at 12:30. Depend was dry. Small urine output.

1pm-3pm – Done ROM exercises with Rose while listening to music. She has been very alert and verbal today. Fed lunch. 2 pm meds, Tums, and 2 gummy vitamins. Reclined in her chair listening to music. Not really sleeping today. Tapping foot, whistling, and talking a lot.

Breakfast – veggie omelette, bacon, cinnamon raisin toast, oj w/ Miralax

Lunch – cottage cheese, peaches, club crackers, chocolate drink

Liquids – 8 oz water with pill, 8 oz oj, 12 oz water, 8 oz chocolate drink, 8 oz water

Meds – Levothyroxine@ 10 am, morning meds @ 10:30 am, afternoon meds, Tums, and 2 gummy vitamins @ 2 pm

Visitor – Sandy – brought in mail, took out trash and recycling

10am Arrived. Dr. Vesper just getting up. Gave Rose her med and eye drops. Kemper already fed by Dr. Vesper. Cleaned Hillary’s box, fresh food and water. Gave Rose morning meds at 10:30. Soaked this morning. To bathroom. Sponge bath. Small loose BM and urine output. Changed depends and dressed for day. Out to living area. Dr. Vesper back to bed after eye drops. Prepared breakfast. Teeth brushed.

11:30 rose rested while I swept, vacuumed, cleaned glass on door, swept entry way, made bed, washed dishes and cleaned counters. Took to bathroom at 12:30. Dry. Small loose BM and urine output. Back to living area. Dr. Vesper up at 12:45. Done ROM exercises.

1:30 prepared lunch. Brushed teeth after lunch. Rose rested in chair in living room while Dr. Vesper watched tv. Gave 2pm pills, Tum, and gummy vitamins. Dr. Vesper eye drops. I touched up bathroom.

4pm fed Kemper. Rose to bathroom. Wet and small bm. Changed depend. Urine output and small BM. Back to living room.

10 am Arrived, Dr Vesper was eating breakfast with son in law and grandson. Gave Rose her Levothyroxin and eye drops. Dr Vesper back to bed. Cleaned litter box and gave Hillary food. Kember already fed.

10:30-11 Gave Rose morning meds. Compression hose on. Got her up and into bathroom. Sponge bath, depends and clothes changed.

11-1 Prepared breakfast, oj with Miralax. Teeth brushed. Rose rested while I vacuumed, swept floors, cleaned windows, wiped down counters, washed dishes. To bathroom at 12:30. Urine only. Back to living room.

Drank 8 oz water with levothyroxine, 8 oz oj and 8 oz water after breakfast

Breakfast- scrambled eggs, 2 bacon, toast, oj

2pm-4pm- I arrived. Talked with Jan while she fed Rose. Finished feeding Rose. Gave her 2pm meds, tums, and 2 multi-vitamins. Brushed her teeth. She napped in chair. Went to check on Dr. Vesper. He stated he was going to rest till dinner time. I gave him his eye drop in left eye. Vacuumed, cleaned glass door, sanitized kitchen counters, dry mopped all wood floors. Fed Kemper at 4pm.

4:20 pm –  I started Rose’s toileting. Due to being new at it. She was wet. Urine and med BM. Back out to living room. I started dinner preparation. Dr. Vesper out to living room at 5. He watched golf.

6 pm- dinner – salad, spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, ice cream

7 pm – kitchen cleaned up, dishes done and put away, set up table for breakfast. Rose and Dr. Vesper watched TV.

8pm – Gave Rose and Dr. Vesper their evening meds. Started Rose’s toileting. Urine only, changed into pajamas, face washed, teeth brushed. Into bed. Eye drops.

Stephanie stopped by 8:45. Was still there when I left.
