10am I arrived, Fed Kemper. Gave Rose her Levothyroxine and eye drops. Cleaned litter box and fed Hillary. Rose up at 10:30, very wet this morning. Morning meds, into bathroom, clothes and depend changed, and sponge bath. Prepared breakfast. Dr. Vesper up at 11:30. Cleaned up kitchen, Rose to bathroom at 12:30. Dry, did urinate in commode. ROM exercises. Ate lunch, 2 pm meds, relaxed in living room with Dr. Vesper while I done chores. Fed Kemper at 4. Rose to bathroom at 4:30. Small amount of BM in depend and small amount in commode. Back to living room.

Breakfast – French toast with fruit, bacon, oj
Lunch – cottage cheese with blueberries and pineapple, chocolate drink (LJV) cheese, cranberries, almonds and cranberry almond belvita cookies

10am I arrived. Fed Kemper, took Rose’s pill into her and done eye drops. Fed Hillary and cleaned litter box. Prepared for morning. Got Rose up. Gave Am meds, into bathroom for morning routine. Sponge bath & dressed. Out to living room while I prepared breakfast. Ate well. Teeth brushed. Relaxed while I done chores. Dr. Vesper up at 12:20. Rose to bathroom at 12:30. She was dry. Did urinate while on commode. 1pm ROM exercises. She was very sleepy and stiff today. Prepared lunch. Rose ate well. Dr. Vesper also had a small lunch. Brushed Rose’s teeth. She napped sitting next to Dr. Vesper. I finished chores. Fed Kemper at 4. To bathroom at 4:30. Changed depend. She urinated in commode. Back out to living room.

Chores – sanitized counters, dishes, swept and vacuumed, cleaned glass door, touched up bathrooms, swept entry

Exercises – ROM 1pm

9 am – I arrived and let myself in. Dr.Vesper and Rose both still sleeping. Fed Kemper and Hillary. Cleaned litter box, done chores and set up for morning. Took Rose pill into her at 10am and done eyedrops. Got her up at 10:30, TED hose on, am meds, and into the bathroom.  She had set through pajamas. Cleaned Up, Gave Sponge Bath, Clean Depend And Changed Clothes. Out to living room. Prepared breakfast. Brushed teeth and she relaxed while I done dishes. Dr. Vesper up at 12:10. Ate breakfast and read. Rose to bathroom at 12:30. Dry but did urinate while on commode. ROM exercises. Prepared lunch. Gave 2 pm meds. Teeth brushed. Dr. Vesper ate a couple ham and cheese roll ups and Cranberry Almond cookies. Rose napped while I cleaned up. Dr. Vesper to bathroom only one time today. Rose to bathroom at 4:30. Was wet. Changed depend, cleaned up and back to living room. No BM this shift.

Stephanie was watering plants as I arrived. Both Rose and Dr. Vesper still sleeping. Rose up at 10:30, she was soaked through depends and pajamas. Took to bathroom. Gave her a spongebath and dressed. Relaxed while I fixed breakfast. Ate well. Teeth brushed. Dr. Vesper up at noon. BS was 126. Took Rose to RR. She was dry. Did urinate on commode. Back to living room. ROM exercises. Ate all of her lunch. She was in a talkative mood today. Teeth brushed. Relaxed in living room with Dr. Vesper while I finished up chores. Dr. Vesper had small lunch and watched tv. Rose to RR at 4:30 was wet and had small BM in depend. Went a little more on commode. Got her cleaned up and back out to living room.

Arrived 10am. Andrew was there. Dr. Vesper in the RR. Took Rose pill into her and gave eye drops. Got everything ready for morning routine. Took care of Hillary. Dr. Vesper eating breakfast. Rose up, am meds and to bathroom. Sponge bath. Was very wet this morning. Out to living area. Very vocal this morning! Ate well. Teeth brushed. Rested in living room with Dr. Vesper while I cleaned up. Dry at 12:30. Did urinate in commode. Done ROM exercises. Prepared lunch. Ate well, 2 pm meds and teeth brushed. Rested in living room with Dr. Vesper while I done chores. Bathroom at 4:30. Small BM. Cleaned up and back to living room.

Arrived at 10 am. Stephanie updated me. She left shortly after. Gave Rose her morning pill and eye drop. Dr. Vesper not ready to get up yet. Took care of Hillary.  Set up for breakfast and morning routine. Got Rose up at 10:30. Morning meds, into bathroom, was very wet. Sponge bath and cleaned up. Out to living area. Started on breakfast. Dr. Vesper up and into bathroom at 11:15. Seems to be doing very well today. Helped him to breakfast. His bs was 128, no insulin. He only ate cereal, no scone. Rose ate well. Teeth brushed and bathroom. Was dry. Rested while I done chores and cleaned up. Dr. Vesper to recliner at 12:45.

Done Rose’s ROM exercises, then started on lunch. Dr. Vesper bs 109, no insulin. He ate a small lunch of chicken tender and a few bites mashed potatoes. He went to bathroom and back out to recliner. Rose ate well and took 2pm meds. Teeth brushed. Rested in living room with Dr. Vesper. I cleaned up and done chores.  Dr. Vesper had me bring him urinal. Quite a bit of output. Rose to bathroom at 4:30, some BM in depend, but none on commode. Cleaned up and back out to sit in living room with Dr. Vesper. Very quiet and relaxing day. So glad to see how well Dr. Vesper is doing!

Urine/BM output – depends and pjs wet, 10:30 little in commode, 12:30 was dry and a little in commode, 4:30 was wet and had a smear of BM in depends, a little urine output in commode

Chores – swept floors, sanitized counters, cleaned glass on front door, made bed, touched up bathrooms

Visitors – Stephanie – had stayed the night

Arrived at 10. Jessica let me in. Went and gave Rose her Levothyrozine, eye drops and water. Cleaned up Hillary’s bathroom, fresh food and water. Fed Kemper. Got bathroom ready for morning routine. Got Rose up at 10:30, she was wet, but not too bad. Morning meds and into bathroom, Sponge bath, dressed for day. Out to living room. Rose visited with Jessica and Tyler while I fixed breakfast. Ate well. Brushed teeth. Rested in chair watching cartoons with Tyler. Bathroom at 12:30, was dry and just a small amount of urine output on commode. Jessica and Tyler left around 12:45, Rose and I done ROM exercises. Very sleepy today, but limber.

Lunch at 1:45. Ate well. 2 pm meds, Tum and 2 gummy vitamins. Teeth brushed. Rested in family room most of afternoon. Very sleepy. I done chores around house. Fed Kemper at 4. Rose to bathroom at 4:30, she was wet. Changed depend, some urine output in commode. Back out to family room. Back to sleep quickly. Very quiet, lazy day today
