Arrived at 10. Gave Rose her levothyroxine and eye drops. Took care of Kemper and Hillary. Went and got mail and set it in Dr.Vespers office. Dr. Vesper up at 10:15. Got Rose up at 10:30 and gave am meds. She was wet through pjs, had smear of bm in depend. Sponge bathed, dressed and she started having a bm when i was getting her off commode. Set her back down and let her finish. She had a medium sized bm. Cleaned up and out to breakfast. Ate well, teeth brushed. Rested while I done some chores. Yook Rose to bathroom at 13:30, was dry, urinated while on commode. ROM exercises at 1, ate lunch. Teeth brushed. Rose napped beside Dr. Vesper while I done chores. Rose to bathroom at 4:30. Had smear of bm in depend, changed depend. She had a large bm while on commode. Cleaned her up and back out to living room to rest with Dr. Vesper.

ROM exercises, ate lunch, teeth brushed, took 2pm meds. Rested with Dr. Vesper in living room. Rose to bathroom at 4:30. She was wet, changed depend, back to living room to rest.

Rose to bathroom at 4:30 was wet, changed pad, urinated while on commode, back to rest with Dr. Vesper

10 am arrived. Gave Rose her Levothyroxine and eye drops, fed Kemper, went up and got paper from mail box. Dr. Vesper was in bathroom when I returned. Got Rose up at 10:30, gave am meds. Was wet through depends and had a small bm in depend, sponge bath, depend and clothes changed. Prepared breakfast. Rose rested after breakfast and brushing teeth, I done chores. RR at 12:30, was dry, urinated while on commode. Done ROM, prepared lunch. Brushed her teeth and she napped most of afternoon. RR at 4:30, was wet and had small bm in depend, only urinated while on commode. Back to living room to rest with Dr. Vesper.
