I arrived at 10. Kemper was out greeting me today. Gave Rose her eye drops and Levothyroxine. Took care of Hillary and Kemper. Woke Rose at 10:30. Took her into bathroom, she was wet, but her pjs were dry this morning. Sponge bath, changed depend and clothes. AM meds, ate breakfast, teeth brushed. She rested while I done chores. Bathroom at 12:30 she was dry and only urinated a small amount while on commode. ROM exercises, ate lunch, teeth brushed. Rose very sleepy today. Had eyes closed the entire time she was eating lunch. Dr. Vesper did not wake up till 1:40 today. I went in several times to try to get him up, but he said he was tired today.

Breakfast – oatmeal w/ berries, bacon, toast, oj

Lunch – Greek yogurt w/ blueberries, chocolate protein drink

Arrived at 10. Sandy was watering plants. Stated she thought she had woken Dr. Vesper. I noticed he had eaten cereal then back to bed. Gave Rose Levothyroxine and eye drops. Took care of Kemper and Hillary. Rose up at 10:30. Spongebath, depend and clothes changed. She was wet through pjs. AM meds, breakfast, teeth brushed. Rose rested while I done chores. Dr. Vesper up at 12:15. Rose to bathroom at 12:30. Pad dry but did urinate a little on commode. ROM exercises, lunch, meds, teeth brushed. Rose rested in living room while I finished chores. Bathroom at 4:30, pad was wet, urinated while on commode, changed and back out to living room.

Dr. Vesper had removed depend during night and had bm stain on chuck pad and Rose’s was wet. Bathroom at 4:30, pad was wet, urinated and small bm while on commode, changed and back out to living room.

Note – I noticed a thick white discharge while changing Rose this morning. Her urine was very dark when I changed her at 4:30.

Arrived and gave Rose her Levothyroxine and eye drops. Dr. Vesper a little upset blinds were open. He couldn’t see clock. He did not want them shut though. Took care of Hillary and Kemper. Dr. Vesper up at 10:30. Started his coffee and took bs. Got Rose up and into bathroom. Noticed a yellowish bruise on right wrist. Rose was barely wet. Did not urinate while on commode. Sponge bath, put ointment on bottom and spit on shoulder, clean depends, dressed. Ate breakfast. Teeth brushed, rested while I done chores. Bathroom at 12:30, pad dry, did urinate small amount while on commode. ROM exercises, ate lunch, teeth brushed. 2 pm meds, rested with Dr. Vesper. Bathroom at 4:30, barely wet. Changed depend, no output while on commode. Sore on bottom had bled some. Cleaned well and applied ointment. Back to rest with Dr. Vesper.

Depend was dry, urinated while on commode. Back to living area. ROM exercises, ate lunch, took meds, teeth brushed, back to rest next to Dr. Vesper. She rested while I finished chores. To bathroom at 4:30. She was wet through depend and had started a bowel movement. Got her on commode to finish going, changed depend and pants, cleaned up and back out to living area.
