I arrived at 10. Gave Rose her Levo and eye drops. Took care of Kemper and Hillary. Got Rose up at 10:30. Compression socks on, depend was barely wet and had a small smear of bm. No urine or bm while on commode. Changed depend and clothes, spongebath. Out to eat breakfast. Very slow going. Ate almost all. Teeth brushed. Relaxed while i done chores. Bathroom at 12:30. Wet and had bm in depend but did not go on commode. Changed depend. Dr. Vesper up at 12:30. ROM exercises, lunch, teeth brushed, 2 pm meds. Rested. Bathroom at 4:30. Had started bm in depend, small bm on commode. Cleaned up and back to living area.

(She was very comfy looking this morning laying mostly on side facing Dr. Vesper). Spinge bath, changed depend and clothes. Am meds, breakfast, teeth brushed. Relaxed while i done chores. Dr. Vesper up at noon. Rose to bathroom at 12:30, dry, but did urinate a little on commode. ROM exercises, lunch, teeth brushed, 2 pm meds, she rested with Dr. Vesper in living room. Bathroom at 4:30, wet, smear of bm, but did not go while on commode.

Rose was dry at 12:30 but urinated while on commode. Dr. Vesper up at 12:45. ROM exercises, ate lunch, teeth brushed, 2pm meds. Bathroom at 4:30, had started small BM in depend, urinated quite a lot while on commode, cleaned up and back to rest with Dr. Vesper.

Bathroom at 12:30. Depend was dry. Urinated a little while on commode. Back to rest beside Dr. Vesper in family room

I arrived at 5. Michelle updated me. Had a quiet hour. Jennifer and her daughter arrived back. Danny started dinner. His parents arrived. Jennifer left. Had a late dinner. Rose and Dr. Vesper ate well. Helped clean up, gave Rose and Dr. Vesper their evening meds. Dr. Vesper went to sit and watch TV. I started getting Rose ready for bed. Her pad was almost completely dry. She did urinate a small amount. Depend changed, pj’s on and into bed. Gave eye drops. Dr. Vesper decided to stay up and spend time with daughters. I set up for morning.

Dinner – Filet mignon, corn on the cob, asparagus, quinoa salad

Fluids – 12 oz water, 8 Oz kefir drink
