Rose was wet through pjs. Sponge bath, changed depend and clothes. Am meds, Ate breakfast. Much more alert today!! Teeth brushed. Rested while I done chores. Bathroom at 12:30. Was dry, urinated while on commode. ROM exercises, lunch.
