COMMENTS: Dr. Vesper awake at 10. He had his morning meds with breakfast. He ate lunch, exercised, relaxed, watched TV, got a phone call from a friend, Patty, read in the afternoon.

COMMENTS: Dr. Vesper up at 12, when Stephanie arrived to have him sign some papers. I done chores before he awoke. He had his morning meds with breakfast. He ate lunch, exercised, relaxed, watched TV & read in the afternoon.

I arrived at 10. Took care of Kemper and Hillary. Alex, the pt, called shortly after I arrived stating he would be here earlier than expected. I got Dr. Vesper up at 10:10. I helped him change clothes and depend. He came out to eat breakfast. He was half done when Alex arrived. He done his therapy then finished his breakfast. I stripped the bed and put clean sheets on due to the sheets were wet this morning. I put them in the washer in water, per Mossy. He sat in recliner and had lunch until Teresa, OT, arrived. He went to the bathroom twice while she was here. He relaxed and watched tv rest of afternoon.

I arrived at 10. Took care of Kemper and Hillary. Dr. Vesper up at 12:30, ate breakfast. Dr. Vesper watched TV and rested rest of shift. Done chores during the day.

I arrived at 10. Took care of Kemper and Hillary. Dr. Vesper up at 11:45. He ate breakfast and then went to sit in his chair. Was a very quiet day. His sister called shortly before I left.

I arrived at 10. Mossy had fed Kemper and Hillary. She left shortly after. Dr. Vesper up at 12:30, ate breakfast. Tom Niehaus called and asked if he could come visit. Tom and Emily arrived about 1:20 and stayed around an hour. Just as they were leaving Jennifer called. Dr. Vesper watched TV and rested rest of shift.

I arrived at 10. Jessica had already fed Kemper. I took care of Hillary. Vacuumed, swept, washed windows, sanitized counters. Jessica and Tyler in and out while they got ready to go. Dr. Vesper up at 11:30. Ate breakfast, took meds, read at table for awhile and watched Tyler play. Stephanie arrived to see Jessica and family off. Dr. Vesper to rr, then to his recliner to watch TV. Stephanie stayed awhile to do some final straightening up on other side of house. Dr. Vesper had lunch and watched TV. Stephanie left shortly before Susan arrived. Set table, made salad, washed dishes and made the bed.
