Dental Hygiene: brushed pm (unable to floss due to Rose would not/could not open her mouth again)

Dinner: salad, grilled cheese, tomato soup, kefir milk/7 UP

Dessert: ice cream and decaf. coffee

Medicines: Targretin w/dinner, 1/2 Xanax, 10 pm meds., eye drops at bedtime

Fluid Intake: 8 oz kefir milk with dinner

Urine/BM Output: 8:30 pm urine and loose BM

Chores: sanitized kitchen counter tops, prepared dinner, washed dishes and cleaned up kitchen

Visitors/Workers: Rhonda from Home Instead

Comments: Upon arrival, Rose was sitting in the kitchen alert. Dr. Vesper was laying down taking a nap. I prepared dinner. Rose ate well. I prepared and gave Rose her medicine. I cleaned the kitchen. Then, I prepared the medication for the evening and morning. I gave Rose her 10 pm medications and prepared her for bed. Rose has been alert the whole evening.

Comments: Mossy updated me on Rose and Dr. Vesper. When I arrived, Rose was taking a restroom break. Dr. Vesper was out with his daughter. Rose later was in the living room. I prepared dinner. Dr. Vesper arrived home. Rose ate well. Gave Rose her medication after dinner. Gave Rose her 10 pm medication. I took her to the restroom at 8:00 pm to get her ready for bed. Rose had had a large bowel movement in her brief. After cleaning her up, I put her in bed and put eye drops in her eyes. Rose was alert the my entire shift.
