When I arrived Dr.Vesper had went back to bed.Rose and I got a little late start,out to the RR for morning routine. Gave Rose a S/bath C/depend and dressed for the day.We then went to the kitchen to make breakfast that didn’t take long I had everything ready to go. Rose had an omelet,bacon,toast. I gave her orange/juice with Miralax also Rose had her Levothroxine with water before RR. With breakfast Rose had her Targretine’s. We cleaned the kitchen,made the bed, went back to RR to brush her teeth and floss what I could. Rose and I went out to the dining/room for a while Rose was very sleepy today. I took Rose for her 1:30 RR break void only then back to the kitchen for 2 vitamins 1 tum and afternoon Meds. I gave Rose a little spaghetti for lunch with med’s. Rose was quiet today still very pleasant. I didn’t want to lay Rose in her chair to close to her lunch. Dr.Vesper got ready for church and I took Rose to RR one last time before leaving she did not go at this time. I spoke to Mossy for a bit about our day she went shopping for Rose some new clothes. No visitor’s.

When I arrived Mossy had to show me night time routine. We got everything ready for dinner and Mossy showed me how to get Dr.Vesper’s breakfast ready. Mossy left after showing me evening meds. I finished fixing dinner and fed Rose. After dinner I started cleaning the kitchen Dr.Vesper and Rose went to the living/room. I then set the breakfast table and gave Dr. Vesper and Mrs. Vesper evening meds. I then took Rose to the RR before bed. Rose had a lg. bm. had to put c/depend on her then her pj’s. After getting her dressed I brushed her teeth and tried to floss. I took Rose to bed put in eye drops then told her good night. Dr. Vesper locked the door when I was leaving he said he was talking to his sister on the phone. There were no visitors. When I arrived Dr. Vesper had went back to bed. Rose and I got a late start. When he got up around 11:15 am. he went out to trim branches I went and woke Rose. I gave her Levothroxine and water, made the bed then to the RR to get ready for the day. I started her s/bath c/depend and clean pants. Dr. Vesper came in and said that Kemper was out he was going to get him and he needed me to get him in. At this time I decided it was getting late so I went ahead with breakfast and meds. I gave Rose her Targretins also got her juice with miralax. For breakfast she had an omelet,bacon and toast.After breakfast I took Rose to the RR to finish s/bath and brush her teeth. It was time for her RR break before 2:00 pm. meds so that was taking care of while we were there. Rose never used the RR I took her out to the kitchen for 2:00 o,clock meds also vitamins and a tum she also had half xanax. Because it was close to breakfast I just gave her yogurt and raspberries for lunch.I put Rose in her easy chair to relax a while. I used swiffer on floor. Dr. Vesper came in from church and looked over mail after a bit I got Rose up and fed Kemper. Dr. Vesper went and laid down and I took Rose to the RR before time for Susan. Rose voided only. I took Rose back to living/room and Susan showed up I filled Susan in then on our day. Visitors for the day were Mossy and two men from pool Co. Also I did manage to floss her teeth a little and she done bike exercise.

When I arrived Dr. Vesper was having breakfast. I spoke with him for a minute clocked in and went and woke Rose.I gave her Levthroxine with water then took her to RR for her s/bath c/depend and dressed for the day. We went to the kitchen made breakfast omelet w/power greens,bacon,cinnamon toast,and juice. while making breakfast I gave Rose her Targretins 3 also miralax. After breakfast done dishes and took Rose to RR to brush her teeth. Dr. Vesper laid back down for a while. Rose done exercise before 1:30 RR break.1:30 break Rose had a med bm I cleaned her up and we went back to the kitchen for lunch and 2:00 pm meds. I swiffered floors and ran the vacuum. Rose and I visited while Dr. Vesper made calls. 4:00 pm I fed Kemper before taking Rose to RR void only. Rose had a good day very good mood. When Susan came she showed me how to floss Roses teeth. No visitors today. Also vitamins and a tum.

Arrived @10:00 am.Rose and I got a early start I gave her levothroxine and water. I made the bed then I took Rose to the RR to get her ready for the day. S/bath c/depend and clothes.We went to the kitchen I gave her Targretins with breakfast she had an omelet with power greens,bacon and cinnamon toast. Rose also had miralax and orange juice. After breakfast I done the dishes and took Rose to the RR and brushed her teeth. Dr. Vesper went to church and Rose and I watched the news. Rose done some bike exercise before 1:30 RR break. Rose had a small bm then I took her to the kitchen for her 2:00 PM. medications also vitamins,Xanax and a tum. For lunch I gave her a half of ham&cheese,pineapple&cottage cheese with  water. I put Rose in her easy/chair for a while then I swiffered floors and ran the vacuum. I put Rose in her wheelchair feed Kemper and took Rose to RR before it was time to leave she had another sm.bm. she did not urinate at this time I informed Susan when she started her shift. While Rose and I were in the RR the power went out around 4:45 PM. Rose had a good day 🙂

Arrived @10:a.m. Dr. Vesper was getting up so I went and woke Rose. I gave Rose her Levothroxine and water,then I took her to get a s/bath c/depend and dressed.we went to the kitchen for breakfast and targretins,juice and miralax. I made her an omelet,bacon.cinnamon toast. We made the bed done dishes then brushed her teeth. Rose was in a great mood today, she done a little exercise before 1:30 RR break she had a sm. bm. We went back to the kitchen for afternoon meds and lunch .Vitamins,tums,Xanax, and 2:00 p.m. meds. Rose had vegetable soup and a few bites of fried apples. After lunch I sat Rose in her easy/chair to give her a break from the wheel/chair she took a short nap.I put Rose back in her chair @ 3:45. Dr. Vesper was taking a nap then he got ready for church.I mention changing his dressing he said it was fine. I took Rose to the RR she had another sm.bm. I changed her depend she had urinated a sm. amount. Susan arrived I talked with her about our day before leaving.

When I arrived Mr. & Mrs. Vesper was in bed. Dr. Vesper came out at 10:30 then I went and woke Rose and gave her Levothyroxine with water. I then took her to the RR gave her a s/bath and clean clothes before breakfast. Rose’s bed was dry this morning.We went to the kitchen and made breakfast,I then gave Rose her Targretin. After breakfast I brushed her teeth and cleaned kitchen. Before 1:30 RR break Rose done some exercise.1:30 RR break Rose had a sm. bm. also voided. I gave Rose her 2:00 o’clock meds with a half ham & cheese and the other half of a peach. I put Rose in easy chair for a nap.When Dr.Vesper came back from church I woke Rose from nap and took her for last RR break she again had a sm.bm. c/depend. Rose was quite today she was still pleasant just quite.
