When I arrived Sandy filled me in on the days events. She said she had trouble getting Rose to eat today. We spoke a few minutes then she left. I started feeding Rose some cottage cheese with mango she ate all that and I gave her a glucerna shake she had half. I made Dr. Vesper’s salad and set the table. I made chicken,carrots with peas, When he arrived I served dinner Rose ate a couple of bites.  She had icecream with Dr.Vesper for desert. They had all medication then I set the table for Dr.Vesper’s breakfast. I amnow taking Rose to the RR to get ready for bed there were no visitors.

When I arrived Mossy was curling Rose’s hair. She informed me of currant events.Dr.Vesper was in taking a nap. I started making Dr Vesper’s salad and Mossy went outside to water flowers. After a bit Dr. Vesper woke and I started dinner I made chicken & broccoli with carrots on the side. They both had ice cream for desert Rose didn’t eat very well however when I started giving her desert she got her appetite back. I took Rose to the living/room after dinner to watch TV with Dr. Vesper. Then I cleaned the kitchen and got everything ready for morning including medication for both of them. At 8:25 I took Rose to the RR to get ready for bed after I gave her 10 PM medication. Rose had a BM and I c/depend and cleaned her up it was a lot and loose. She seemed to feel okay. I got her dressed for bed and tried to brush her teeth she kept her head down that made it difficult but I done the best I could. I put her to bed and put her eye/drops in and told her goodnight. Dr. Vesper was still watching TV I told him goodnight and to lock up. There were no visitors.

When I arrived Mossy was finishing up her shift. Rose was trying to sleep in her chair. I started dinner while Mossy filled me in. Dr. Vesper was taking a nap when he got up he went out to mow. I made his salad and started dinner I made fish,wild rice,and peas. While we were waiting I gave Rose her fruit salad with yogurt she ate all of it. I went out to get Dr. Vesper from mowing when it started getting late. After dinner I took Rose to the living/room to watch T.V. while I cleaned the kitchen. I sat the table for Dr. Vesper’s breakfast and got both of they’re morning medication ready. After everything was in place I gave Rose her 10 P.M. med and took her to the RR to get ready for bed. Rose was fairly easy to get ready for bed except lack of strength to assist she stayed slumped over. I changed Rose’s depend and got her pajama’s on her for bed. I also tried to brush her teeth. I then took her to bed and put her eye drops in. I told her good night and took the trash out. I clocked out and told Dr. Vesper good night. They’re were no visitors. We had a good evening.

Today when I arrived Mossy was bringing Rose from the RR. She then filled me in on how Rose has been.In this time Rose had dosed off. I started fixing dinner salad,baked fish,and broccoli. Mossy was wrapping things up before leaving. I called to her attention I was unable to wake Rose to eat her salad. Mossy stayed around a little longer to assist with important medication. Thank you Mossy. I had to instead get a meal supplement down her and call it good because I was unable to keep her awake for dinner. Rose sat in by Dr. Vesper with her feet up while I cleaned the kitchen and got Dr. Vesper’s breakfast ready.Rose had all her Meds tonight dispensed ,also Targretin 3 and a new Med Ciprofloxacin. Around 8:15 I took Rose to the RR before time to leave. I was still was unsuccessful in waking Rose she sat on commode a few minutes. I changed her wet depend she did void then got her up and took her to bed. After I got her to bed she finally woke up and was responding with a lite chuckle I sat on the bed beside her and put her eyedrops in and talked to her a few minutes and told her I missed our visit and would see her in a couple of weeks.

When I arrived Mossy was training a new caregiver and told me about Rose’s foot. It was a typical evening. I fixed dinner baked fish,rice,peas,also a salad. Dr. Vesper had 7 up and Rose had Kifir they both had ice cream.After dinner I gave Rose her Targretins and gave Dr. Vesper his Meds. I then took Rose to the living/room and put her feet up Dr. Vesper joined her. I cleaned the kitchen and got breakfast ready for Dr.Vesper.At this time I also got 10 P.M. and morning Medication ready.After 8:00 I took Rose to the RR to brush her teeth I was very careful because of the split in her lip I also put chap stick on heavy. Then I got her dressed in her pajama’s c/depend Rose voided in then took her to bed.I put in her eye drops and told her goodnight.I hope Rose’s foot gets better soon

I spoke with Sandy when I arrived she told me about the day. When she left I started dinner. I made chicken,salad,and green beans.Rose had Kifir to drink and ice cream for desert. I gave Rose her Targretins after dinner then cleaned the kitchen and got everything ready for morning. I set the table and got Mr. & Mrs. Vesper medication ready for morning. After that I took Rose to the RR to brush & floss her teeth. I sat Rose on the commode and got her dressed for bed Rose did have a BM at this time.I took Rose to the bedroom and put her in bed I also gave Rose her 10 PM medication. Rose ‘s eye drops was empty. Dr.Vesper said it would have to be skipped. There were no visitors during my shift.

Sandy let me know about the day events also reminded me of a couple of night things concerning Kemper. I started making dinner and asked her when to expect Dr.Vesper home. Sandy also stood by while I double checked about night Medication by my request. Thank you Sandy. I sit the table, and we waited for Dr.Vesper he arrived at 6:40.They had baked fish,salad rice green/beans ,Kifir and 7 up. After dinner I gave Rose her Targretins then cleaned the kitchen and prepared medication for morning also breakfast. I gave Dr.Vesper his evening pills and gave Rose her Meds before taking her to the RR  to brush her teeth and get her ready for bed.I put Rose on the commode she was wet I changed her depend and put her pajama’s on she did not use the commode. We went to the bedroom I put her in bed and put in her eye/drops before telling her goodnight. I went out to the kitchen let Kemper back in and put him to bed. Then told Dr.Vesper goodnight he locked the door behind me. There were no visitors.
