Upon arrival at 5;00pm, Mossy was preparing the fish for dinner for me due to my fish allergy.  She also prepared the rest of the dinner–salad, green beans, & keifer milk.

I fed Rose her dinner. Mossy did serveral things around the house.

After dinner, the Vespers watched television together while I cleaned the kitchen; washed and put away dishes–cleaned the counters and kitchen table and swept the floor.  I then set up Dr. Vesper’s breakfast setting. Placed Rose’s morning medication on the counter.

Rose then had ice cream–Dr. Vesper did not want any this evening.

At 8:15pm Dr. Vesper took his sugar reading.  After which I gave evening medication.  At 8:37pm preapared Rose for bed.  Toileting voided and large bowel movement.  Brushed and flossed teeth, changed clothes, and depends.  Put her in bed then put in eye drops.  And left at 9;00pm.

Upon arrival Mossy was preparing fish for dinner; due to my allergy to fish. I prepared the salad, served it & started feeding Rose. Mossy prepared the rest of the meal, which consisted of the fish, asparagus, wild rice, jello, & ice cream…Rose also had her strawberry milk.

After dinner the Vespers watched television together while i cleaned the kitchen& washed & put away the dishes. Set up Dr. Vesper’s breakfast. And placed medication for Rose for morning out on counter.

At 8:15 gave medication & at 8:40 prepared Rose for bed.  Toileting–voided only. Brushed & flossed teeth, changed clothes & depends. Put her to bed then put in eye drops. Then left at 9pm

 

Upon arrival @ 10 am Dr, Vesper was finishing his breakfast upon my arrival. Immediately gave Rose her medication that was still on the counter & administered eye drops. After which, tended to pet care–including cat medication. Then proceeded by giving Rose Levothyroxine & 8oz oh water; while doing morning ADL’s ( sponge bath, RR–voided only, fixed hair & dressed for the day).

For breakfast, she had oatmeal with peaches, bacon, toast, 8oz of orage juice with Mirlax & keifer milk. Then brushed  & flossed teeth. Later another 12oz of water. RR @ 12:30pm –voided only

Lunch consised of pb&j sandwich, yogurt with fruit, 8oz chocolate protein milk. Brushed & flossed teeth. 12oz of water. At 2pm medication from machine plus 1 tum & 2 multivitamins. Finally @ 4:30 pm RR –voided only

Chores today: sanitized kitchen-table & counters, wiped down fridge, microwave, stove. Made bed, wiped down glass doors, swept hardwood floors

Arrived: 10 am did the morning routine for the pets. Lysol the kitchen counters and the table

Levothyroxine: 10:20 am with 8oz of water

Bath:  10:30 am Sponge bath/toilet (void only)/dressed for the day

Breakfast: 11:00 am oatmeal with mangos and bananas/toast/bacon/o.j. With miralax/12oz water/& medication

Dental hygiene: 11:45 am brushed and flossed teeth

Exercise: 1:00 pm ROM

Lunch: 1:30 pm hard boiled egg/1/2 pb&j/8oz chocolate protein milk

Dental hygeine: brushed and flossed

Dr. Vesper-Glucerna shake

Nap: 2:30 pm

Fluid intake: 48 oz

Output: 10:30 am- voided only/12:30 pm-voided only/4:30 pm-voided only

Chores: load of laundry/made bed/swept front entrance/wiped down kitchen & w&d dishes/took out trash

Comment: Dr. Vesper did not go to his doctors appointment @2 pm with Dr. Seibert’s office. Also, one of the passing storms have knocked off part of the pool cover.

 

5:00 pm upon arrival Rose was finishing here shower with Miss Mossy

6:00 pm Started dinner consisting of salad, talapia, wild rice, & peas

Rose ate well.

7:15 pm both lee & rose watching tv

8:00 pm both lee & rose took nightly meds

8:30 pm Prepared Rose for bed
