COMMENTS:
Dr. Vesper was up at 10:15a, I got Rose up, dressed and ready for breakfast at 10:30.  After breakfast, I examined Dr. Vesper’s eye,  it still looksed the same as yesterday. I took a picture and sent it to Dr. Schotts office. Dr. Schott wasn’t in the office, but called later to say  it was a broken blood vessel, which required no medication or treatment.  Also said it would look worse tomorrow, which would be normal.  They had their usual afternoon of exercise, naps, reading and watching TV. I tried to get Dr. Vesper to get a shower this afternoon (therapy tomorrow) but he promised to do it in the morning.  Dinner, p.m. meds and bedtime all routine.

COMMENTS:
Rose was awake and ready to get up this morning, just the opposite for Dr. Vesper, almost 11a before he arrived on the scene.  A  very chatty neighbor dropped by in the middle of his breakfast and stayed for about an hour.  A normal afternoon of exercise, reading, naps, and TV.  I made a pot of soup in the afternoon for dinner. I let Dr. Vesper pick the recipe out of a soup magazine, it was delicious, but required a million ingredients, Campbells next time!  A little TV after dinner, then pm meds and off to bed.

NOTE:
I called Dr. Wilson this morning regarding Dr. Vesper’s PT/INR, he instructed me to give him an additional 1.5 mg Coumadin

NOTE:
I did the PT/INR test for Dr. Vesper today, this was my first time. I had a hard time getting enough blood, it took 3Xs to get the job done, but was finally successful. His numbers were low, 1.5 (SB 2.0), I will call Dr. Wilson tomorrow morning.
