Auxier Gas & Riverside Electric – Generator installation
Stephanie – Stopped by to check the pool

COMMENTS:
Riverside Electric, Auxier Gas and I all arrived at the same time this morning. They informed me the electric would be off for about an hour for the first part of the generator installation. Since I couldn’t make coffee or breakfast, I let everyone sleep in. Once the power was back on I got them both up and made breakfast. After exercise and lunch, I gave Rose a shower, she had a nice nap after her shower. They spent the afternoon watching TV and napping. After dinner I cleaned up the kitchen and washed the dishes, set out breakfast items for tomorrow, gave pm meds and prepared for bedtime routine.

NOTE:
I ordered shredded cedar mulch this year and Dr. Vesper wanted to go outside to see how it looked. He decided he wanted to walk around the side of the house to see the back. He made it to the bird feeder before he ended up on the ground, I think his legs just gave out. He wasn’t hurt and Sandy and I were able to get him back on his feet, but I had to come inside to get Rose’s small wheelchair to get him into the house, his legs were very weak and the walker just wasn’t sufficient.

NOTE 2:
Riverside Electric and Auxier Gas had the generator installed and operating in less than (5) hours, I am so looking forward to the next big New Richmond power outage.

After Rose was dressed and ready for her dental appointment, I gave Dr. Vesper a shave and got him into the shower, he had just finished dressing when Andrew arrived to take him on a little outing in the village. Rose and I left at 1:30 for her appointment. She received a very good report, the dentist is always impressed with her home dental care, thanks to all of her great caregivers! No afternoon naps made for some sleepy people at dinner time, Rose was so sleepy, I had a difficult time getting her dinner completed. COMMENTS:
They were both still sleeping when Sandy and I got back from Jarman’s. I got Rose up, she had breakfast and morning meds. Dr. Vesper got up shortly after Rose, had his breakfast and morning meds and did his devotional reading. After exercise and lunch, I gave Rose a shower, not her favorite thing, but we both survived. They spent the afternoon watching TV and napping. Stephanie and Charlotte stopped by for a quick swim. After dinner I cleaned up the kitchen and washed the dishes, set out breakfast items for tomorrow, gave pm meds and prepared for bedtime routine.

NOTE:
Sandy and I went to Jarman’s nursery this morning and selected plant and flowers for both the front and back, lots of work to do, but should look very nice.
