Elena –  Didn’t come in today because of ice storm, will be here tomorrow
Becky Schnell – Canceled and rescheduled for later in the month, due to weather

COMMENTS: Elena cancelled this morning, due to weather conditions,  so I did a few chores before getting Rose up this morning.  She ate very little  reakfast because she was so lethargic. I put food in her mouth, but most of it fell out. I was afraid she might choke on the unchewed food that stayed in her mouth. I picked up baby food, which I will use when I’m unable to use regular food. I also froze small amounts of ensure in a  bowl and fed that to her instead of ice cream for nutritional purposes.  Rose did eat some regular food for dinner, but I also reinforced with baby food. Dr. Vesper had his usual day, nothing out of the ordinary.  I set out breakfast items & morning meds for tomorrow, gave pm meds and  completed bedtime routine.

COMMENTS:  Rose has a spot on her heel that started with a bruise and then turned into a open wound. I have been in touch with Dr. Wilson  and sending him photos, the last two have not shown improvement to his satisfaction and he referred us to the wellness center in Batavia. Her appointment was today and I am happy to report that Dr. Sinners didn’t think it was as bad as it looked.  He applied a temporary patch and ordered medication and supplies be sent to the house via FedEx by Friday. He thought a couple of weeks and it would be completely healed. He also said he thinks we can check her progress by phone and it will not be necessary to bring her back. We spent all afternoon there because we were late arriving.  Since it was so late, I picked dinner up on our way home. they had their p.m. meds and prepared for bed.
