Hospice of Cincinnati/nurse practitioner and RN – evaluation

COMMENTS:
I made a quick trip to Kroger‘s to pick up a few items and hurried home to get them stored before the nurse practitioner arrived. I feed Kemper & Hillary and got most of the groceries put away before the nurse practitioner arrived. The nurse practitioner was Joe Baron from Dr. Corl’s office @ Ohio Heart, so he was familiar  with Rose and her condition. He  examine her and ask a few questions about recent changes in her condition. I had just a few minutes to finish putting away groceries before the nurse arrived. She did vitals and paperwork.  Scheduling will call on Monday to set everything up. I got Dr. Vesper up and dressed, he had breakfast and morning meds. Rose ate breakfast and had her am meds.  It was a little hectic and things Wete somewhat out of order, but eventually everything was completed. I fed Rose whenever she was awake, not necessarily at scheduled meal times. After lunch & 2 PM meds, I dressed the wound on her tailbone and on her foot, looks much better. Dr. Vesper spent the afternoon watching TV and reading, he also took a short nap. After dinner, they watched TV while I folded laundry and helped with cleaned up, set out breakfast items and morning meds for tomorrow. They had their pm meds and followed our routine bedtime schedule.
