COMMENTS: Dr. Vesper had his annual physical today. I arrived at 9:30 to get him up a little early in order to give him time to eat breakfast, shower and get dressed in time for his appointment. He had a very good physical, Dr. Wilson said on paper he looked perfect. Dr. Wilson will copy Jennifer on report. I gave Stephanie a more detailed report tonight when she called and will do the same with Jessica tomorrow. One medication change, stopping Warfrin and starting Eliquis. We arrived home at 4:30, Alex pulled in at the same time for PT. After therapy, Dr. Vesper Relaxed while I made dinner. After dinner he went through the mail and watched TV. I prepared morning meds and breakfast setup for tomorrow. He took his pm meds and prepared for bed.
NOTE:
Dr. Wilson wants Dr. Vesper to see a neurologist located in his building, his name is Dr. Todd Perkins. Dr. Perkins specializes in Parkinson’s disease, and Dr. Wilson would like him to see Dr. Vesper to rule out Parkinson as the cause of his irregular gait. I talked to Jennifer about the option of using Dr. Perkins over Dr. Maddox and she did not have a preference and thought Dr. Perkins was a more convenient idea since he is located in Anderson. I will call tomorrow for an appointment.
