COMMENTS: When I arrived, I found Dr. Vesper curled up in a fetal position without depends or pajamas, he was trying to stay warm underneath a 2 x 3 pad, which is normally underneath him. Yes, it was wet and so was all of his cover, which he had pushed off the bottom of the bed. I got him to the bathroom for a thorough sponge bath, fresh depends and pajamas. He had morning meds with breakfast and did his reading. He watched TV and ate lunch before Jessica (filled in for Alex) arrived for PT. Dr. Vesper took a short nap after therapy, while I made dinner. Dr. Vesper spent the rest of the evening watching TV until bedtime. I did the dishes and set the table for morning breakfast and a.m. meds. Dr. Vesper took his p.m. meds before going to bed.

COMMENTS:

I took care of Kemper & Hillary upon my arrival and started chores before getting Dr. Vesper up. He ate breakfast and took his morning meds. After breakfast, he got a sponge bath and clean PJs. We did exercise before lunch. I did laundry and made dinner while he opened his mail, watched TV and napped. Stephanie dropped by for a short visit during dinner. After dinner he watched TV.  I set the table for breakfast and prepared morning meds. He took his p.m. meds and I helped him get ready for bed.

COMMENTS: I ran errands on my way in this morning, and then I took care of Hillary and Kemper when I arrived. I got Dr. Vesper up, he had breakfast, took his morning meds and read. I started chores while he ate. He relaxed, watched TV and had lunch in the afternoon. Alex arrived @ 3p for therapy, he gave him a light workout, strength still not up to par today. I made an easy dinner of leftovers. After dinner he relaxed and watched TV. I prepared morning meds and breakfast setup for tomorrow.  Dr. Vesper took his pm meds and prepared for bed.

COMMENTS: I did chores and took care of Hillary and Kemper before getting Dr. Vesper up at 10:30a. He ate breakfast, took a.m. meds and read. After breakfast he relaxed while I got the laundry started.  I gave Dr. Vesper a shave, shower and helped him get dressed. I made lunch after his shower, he ate and then took a short nap. We did exercise after he got up from his nap. After dinner, he watch TV until bedtime. I did dishes, cleaned up the kitchen, set the table for breakfast and morning meds. He took his p.m. meds and got ready for bed.

COMMENTS: I ran errands on my way in this morning, trying to get prepared for Easter, since I will not be working this weekend. I was able to take a little more time than usual because Elena was working this morning. I got Dr. Vesper upas soon as I arrived, he had morning meds with breakfast and did his reading.  After he finished reading, I assisted him with a sponge bath and dressing. He watched TV and ate lunch before Alex arrived for PT. Dr. Vesper took a short nap after therapy, while I made dinner. Dr. Vesper spent the rest of the evening watching TV until bedtime. I did the dishes and set the table for morning breakfast and a.m. meds. Dr. Vesper took his p.m. meds before going to bed.

I fed Hillary & Kemper, before getting Dr. Vesper up for breakfast. After breakfast and am meds, he had a sponge bath and got dressed. Exercise and lunch in the afternoon. I did several loads of laundry, the bed was completely soaked, had to wash everything. I made dinner while he opened his mail, watched TV and napped.  After dinner he watched TV.  I set the table for breakfast and prepared morning meds. He took his p.m. meds and I helped him get ready for bed.

I got Dr. Vesper up when I arrived @ 10:30a. He had breakfast, took his morning meds and read while I took care of Kemper and Hillary. Dr. Vesper had a sponge bath after breakfast, then I did chores while he relaxed. In the afternoon, he had lunch and watch TV until Alex arrived @ 4p for therapy. I started dinner after Alex left. After dinner he relaxed and watched TV. I prepared morning meds and breakfast setup for tomorrow.  Dr. Vesper took his pm meds and prepared for bed.
