COMMENTS:
Dr. Vesper worked outside most of the day with Sandy trying to get all the leaves up. Rose had a busy day getting ready for charlottes birthday party. We left at 3:30 for a earlier then usual dinner because Sophie had a 6 PM prior commitment. Stephanie was able to get Sophie a ride so we weren’t thrown out too early, but did get home at a more reasonable hour. Stephanie made Rose’s spaghetti sauce, it was delicious, as always. Rose was quieter than usual while we were there, but did become more talkative on the way home and the rest of the evening.

NOTE:
We had a wonderful chat with Susan Lomboy this evening, she wanted to let everyone know her surgery went well. Her postop visit revealed better than normal progress and she is looking forward to returning in January.

COMMENTS:
Rose had a good, but tiring day, she did get a nap in the afternoon, which was well deserved. Dr. Vesper went to church and then the gym, got home just in time to meet Linda before she left @ 3p

NOTE:
I trained a new caregiver today from 12-3p, which is always difficult for Rose Rose. We think Tiffany has left the company without notice, she has not returned calls to the office or attended mandatory continuing education classes. She will be removed from the schedule until these items have been completed to the company’s satisfaction. Linda Qauters was here today and will be back tomorrow for additional training. Linda has been with Home Instead for approximately five years, I have worked with Linda on several other accounts in the past and know her to be a very caring and reliable caregiver. I will be training another caregiver next Thursday, her name is Charlene Stivers, I’m not familiar with Charlene, but Tim has a assured me she is a excellent caregiver.
