COMMENTS:
Rose and I had a down day today, after our hectic day of beauty yesterday. Debbie was here to do the cleaning, thank goodness. Always feels like a day off when we don’t have to clean. We did manage to do the laundry, finish her pedicure on the left foot and do a little exercise, but other than that, we were pretty much slackers today???? Dr. Vesper ran an errand to Kunkel pharmacy to pick up new posies for me today after church, and then he worked out at the gym, stayed longer than usual because it was a rainy miserable day.

I arrived early this morning because Dr. Vesper had a 10a appointment with Dr. Wilson. I was able to get Rose up earlier than usual, we got a headstart on our day and was ready for Polly when she arrived at 4p for a haircut and color. I did Rose’s nails, I finished both hands, but only one foot, she was getting tired. She is gorgeous and ready for the holidays! Dr. Vesper was home all day, just tried to stay under the radar and away from the girls, he did a lot of reading and listened to his French language tapes. As always, it was a busy, but fun day with Polly.

COMMENTS:
Rose was very content today, she responded correctly to questions and did a good job doing exercise. Rose became very chatty at bedtime, only half sentences, but good responses. Dr. Vesper went to the library today to get a book on geology. I suggested a foreign language class on CD, and since he has been talking about a trip to France with his sister, he decided to brush up on his French. I put a plate of fruit and cheese in front of him while he was listening to the CDs and he said thank you in French, pretty impressive. I might have just lucked out on something to keep him busy during the cold winter months – I’m a genius!
