Rose had a good night, slept straight through without any cold symptoms. I gave Rose her morning meds and eye drops at 6 AM, and then went back to bed until 8a. I let Rose sleep in this morning while I got started on a delayed project of organizing and repackaging Christmas decorations and getting them ready to go to the basement.

COMMENTS:
Rose was much better today, her cold had greatly improved since yesterday, no coughing or sneezing, but still a bit of a stuffy nose. Talk to Dr. Wilson to see what I could use to unclog her nose since she can’t blow her nose. He suggested Simply Saline, I picked up a bottle at Berry’s while Elena was here, I tried it at bedtime but Rose was not receptive to the idea, so I’m not sure I got enough in to do the job.
NOTE:
Elena had given me the recipe for Olive Garden’s Zuppa Tuscana soup and I made a big pot of it today, it was delicious, Rose and I had it for dinner tonight and had lots left over for the freezer.
