I gave him a haircut and a manicure and he was just finishing his shower when Mary arrived to pick him up.  Rose and I had a quiet evening and early to bed for both of us.

COMMENTS:
Rose was very sleepy today, when I got her out of bed her eyes were closed, she was snoring while being raised from the wheelchair to the commode. I fed her a light breakfast with her eyes closed. Exercise was not possible in her state of sleepiness. Rose had a major issue with sinus drainage, started in the afternoon, but had stopped by bedtime. Dr. Vesper went to church this morning, but forgot to pick his tux up after church, I thought about picking it up on my way back from Kenwood tomorrow morning, but when I called they said he really should try it on, after all the alteration issues with Jos Bank, I agreed. He took a short nap before going back to Mt Washington to pick up his tux.

COMMENTS:
Rose was on the quiet side today. She spent most of the afternoon in the car and the warm sun made her fall asleep, but she got a better nap when we got home. We had purchased clothing for Dr. Vesper’s trip to Tucson at Jos A Bank, all of which had to be altered and picked up yesterday. When he tried everything on, we discovered the alterations were all wrong. I didn’t want to take them back to Rookwood, so I called Kenwood and they agreed to correct the alterations. Dr. Vesper, Rose and I had to drive to Kenwood, be re-fitted and leave everything to be altered tomorrow, I will pick up on Tuesday morning. We spent an entire afternoon getting these corrections taken care of, but no other choice.

NOTE:
I went to Rookwood this morning to pick up Dr. Vesper’s altered slacks & jackets, also had to exchange a shirt because it had a stain.

COMMENTS:
Lenny called earlier to see if it was a good day for a visit and offered to bring lunch. I gave Rose a quick shower and we were just finishing when they arrived at 12:30. Rose was quiet and started to nod off a couple of times, but all in all, she had a good day. Lenny and Jeanine left a little before 3p, Becky arrived a few minutes later to reinstall the window shade that she had repaired. She stayed to visit and told us all about the new man in her life. Dr. Vesper told her about his newest grandson and we shared pictures of Tyler with her. It was a busy day, but Rose seem to enjoy all of the activity. Dr. Vesper went to church, but was home in time for lunch with Lenny & Jeanine.
