COMMENTS:
Rose was very sleepy again today, she was relaxed & alert when awake.  She ate well, but took longer because of her sleepiness.  It was a miserable rainy day, couldn’t do anything outside, Dr. Vesper’s big chore of the day was picking up the mail.  He left for church at 4:30, and did his Mother’s Day card shopping after church.

NOTE:
The garage door came off the track (hardware detached) when I pulled Dr. Vesper’s car out to go to church. I called Overhead Door for service, but opted for service on Monday to avoid emergency weekend rates.

COMMENTS:
Rose did very well today, she was alert, ate well, but was a bit more sleepy today than she has been in the past few days. We saved her shower until early afternoon, she did very well tolerating the torture, but was definitely ready for a nice long nap afterwards. Dr. Vesper went to church, the gym, picked up the dry cleaning and made a stop at his favorite store, Home Depot. After going through his mail and reading the WSJ, he took a short nap before dinner. While they napped I resolved a unpaid bill issue for the gate call box. The original invoice had been sent via email to ljvesper@fuse.net, as well as the 4th (and final) reminder notices, meaning today was “shut off” day. They were not allowed to take the payment over the phone, but was able to send me a link where it could be paid using a secure server.

COMMENTS:
Rose was her usual nonverbal self, but extremely relaxed and comfortable today. She did well during her shower and had a nice nap in her recliner afterwards. She ate and drank well, with no problems. Dr. Vesper was home all day. He had scheduled a visit from the Dominican sisters, unfortunately he had not shared that information with anyone and he had forgotten they were coming, so we were a bit unprepared for their visit. I had scheduled an appointment for him at 4 o’clock with a man who wants you to pay him to harvest all of the dead Ashtree. I’m not sure how the meeting went because he ushered the man out side as soon as he arrives, so I didn’t hear their conversation. I did ask Mr. Scheu to email a written proposal and provide proof of insurance and workers comp.

VISITORS/WORKERS:
Mary Lou – Visit

COMMENTS:
Rose was pretty sleepy during her visit w/ Mary Lou today.  We had just finished her shower when Mary Lou arrived and Rose is always sleepy after a nice warm shower.  Rose perked up just in time for lunch, but she did have an official nap later.  Dr. Vesper went to church and afterwards stopped at Subaru to have his battery checked. After the last incident of his car not starting,  I scheduled an appointment to have the battery checked.  The battery checked out OK, but they did give him a lecture about leaving his keys in or near the car.  Apparently, with the pushbutton start, if you leave anything on it will shut off when the keys get far enough away from the car.  Dr. Vesper didn’t go to the gym today, I think it might’ve had something to do with his dizzy episodes yesterday evening.  I didn’t think he should be driving today, but he insisted the dizziness was gone.  I called Dr. Wilson’s office this morning  to bring Pat up-to-date on Rose’s visit wilh Dr. Shatz on Wednesday, I also had her  document Dr. Vesper’s issue with dizziness yesterday.
