COMMENTS:
Rose and I had a very busy day, breakfast, a quick shower & out the door for (6) month cardiology checkup with Dr. Corl. He commented on her beautiful  blue eyes and she gave him a flirtatious eye batting, which gave him a chuckle.  She got a good report, BP great, pacemaker hardly being used. She was in a cheerful mood and danced to 60’s music all the way home. Dr. Vesper met Mary Del after church for lunch and a visit to the museum.

COMMENTS:
Rose had breakfast before her shower this morning. I knew she had been uncomfortable the last few days, due to a slight constipation issue, so I gave her (1/2 dose) Phillips Milk of Magnesia in addition to her normal miralax. It didn’t happen until bedtime, and then was slow coming, but finally she had a large BM. Twice today, Rose became very pale and broke out in a cold sweat. The first time was right after breakfast, I first thought she was just warm because I had a thick robe over her, but realized she was also very pale. The second time was while she was sitting on the commode, just before her large BM. Both incidents passed quickly, with no other symptoms. Dr. Vesper slept in this morning and then picked up a truck load of topsoil. He spent the afternoon visiting with Stephanie, reading & watching TV.

NOTE:
Kemper had a vet appointment today for his final (2) booster shots, he’s good until this time next year

Dr. Vesper slept in this morning and then took a drive down to the bottom of the hill (riverside) to locate and dig up mimosa volunteers, he found (7), which he brought up to plant in buckets. Just after Susan arrived at 5p, Rose started to lean forward and slightly left, hope dinner was not too difficult.

COMMENTS:
Rose was alert and in a cheerful mood for breakfast and her shower. When I started dressing Rose she became very agitated and extremely rigid, I turned on music and she immediately became relaxed and very limp. Tyler was crying at the time, not sure if that had anything to do with it or not, but Pandora jazz had a very soothing effect on her. Dr. Vesper received a phone call from an old friend (Karen Amend) yesterday and made arrangements to meet her at Panera on Beechmont after church. He had told her he went to church 10a-11a and would meet her at 11. He actually goes to church from 12 to 1P, I tried to correct him, but was not successful. He said it was OK, he would meet her before church. He got lost on his way there this morning and ended up in Mt Washington, it was 11:45a before you made it to Panera’s. Not sure what time he arrived at IHM, but he said he did go to church. He didn’t go to the gym, but didn’t make it home until around 2p. He spent the afternoon reading and watching TV, but no nap. Rose had a short nap before her 4:30 bathroom break.  Rose was just starting to lean forward and slightly left when Roberta relieved me at 5P.

NOTE:
The mortar on the waterfalls had cured enough to turn the water on today, but when we tried, it worked fine for a few minutes and then tripped the breaker. I tried a couple of times and each time it tripped the breaker, I will have to call the electrician next week.

Rose was awake & alert, but quite  today. I was able to work in a manicure, because Rose was much more relaxed than she has been in the past few weeks. Dr.Vesper slept later than usual today, it rained until late afternoon, I think he was bored.  Sandy brought over some fresh zucchini out of their garden and Jessica made a delicious zucchini lasagna for dinner tonight
