ARRIVED: 10a

BATH: Shave & shower

DENTAL HYGIENE: Brushed  AM & PM

BREAKFAST: Cereal, hot cross bun & coffee

LUNCH: Mixed fruit plate w/ yogurt & 7-Up

DINNER: Salad, sesame ginger baked salmon, wild rice, green beans, roll & 7up

DESSERT: None

EXERCISE: Yes

NAP: Yes

MEDS: AM meds with breakfast, PM Meds at bedtime, BS was within normal range, no insulin required

CHORES: Filled food and water bowls for Hillary and Kemper, cleaned liter box, swept entrance, cleaned glass doors, vacuumed, sanitized all hard surfaces, laundry (towels) made  bed, watered house plants, filled bird feeders, & prepared meals

VISITORS/WORKERS: None

COMMENTS:  I fed the animals and then got Dr. Vesper up, he ate breakfast and took a.m. meds. After breakfast I gave Dr. Vesper a shave and shower and helped him get dressed. He had lunch, watched TV, did exercise and napped while I finished chores and did laundry. After dinner, he watched TV until bedtime. I set the table for breakfast and morning meds. He took his p.m. meds and got ready for bed.

DINNER: Salad, spaghetti w/ marinara sauce, garlic bread & 7-Up

NAP: Yes

MEDS: AM meds with breakfast, PM Meds at bedtime, BS within the normal range, no insulin required

CHORES: Grocery shopped, stored food and supplies, laundry (sheets, pad, blanket & PJs), made bed, helped Elena with cleaning, picked up mail, prepared meals

VISITORS/WORKERS:

Elena – Cleaned

COMMENTS:  Elena took care of Kemper and Hillary while I was at the grocery store. I got Dr. Vesper up, he had a sponge bath and dressed before breakfast.  He took his morning meds with breakfast. He had his first hot cross bun this morning, a favorite Graeter’s special during Lent.  in the afternoon, he did exercise, watch TV and took a nice nap. After dinner, we watched a lot of breaking news on the coronavirus. Kroger was out of all things disinfect today, sure hope the panic buying comes under control before I run out of wipes. I did the dishes and set the table for morning breakfast and a.m. meds. Dr. Vesper took his p.m. meds and prepared for bed.

LUNCH: Ham & Swiss pita pocket, mango & 7up

DINNER: Salad, grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup & 7up

EXERCISE: Yes

NAP: Yes

MEDS: AM meds with breakfast, PM Meds at bedtime, BS within the normal range, no insulin required

CHORES: Cleaned glass doors, swept front entrance, vacuumed, sanitized ALL hard surfaces, touched up bathrooms, made bed, laundry (top sheet) picked up garbage can & mail, prepared meals

VISITORS/WORKERS: None

COMMENTS: I took care of Kemper & Hillary when I arrived and started chores before getting Dr. Vesper up. He had a sponge bath and got dressed. He ate breakfast and took his morning meds. After breakfast, we did exercise, then he took a very long nap while I did laundry and started dinner. After dinner he watched TV.  I set the table for breakfast and prepared morning meds. He took his p.m. meds and I helped him get ready for bed.

NOTE: I talked to Dr. Wilson’s office today regarding extra flu precautions. His recommendations were to limit his exposure to people, make sure he washes his hands or use use hand sanitizer often and make sure he drinks lots of fluids.

MEDS:  AM meds with breakfast, PM Meds at bedtime, BS – within the normal range – No insulin required

CHORES: Filled food & water bowls for Hillary & Kemper, emptied litter box, swept front entrance, cleaned glass doors, vacuumed, sanitized countertops/phone/remotes/door knobs, laundry (top sheet) watered plants, cleaned out refrigerator, dropped off garbage cans & recycling, picked up mail, prepared meals

VISITORS/WORKERS: None

COMMENTS: I fed Hillary and Kemper, filled water bowls, emptied litter box. I got Dr. Vesper up, he had a change of underwear and opted for a shower later. He took his AM meds with breakfast. In the afternoon, he had lunch, watched TV, exercised and took a nap. Late afternoon, he had a shave & a shower. After dinner he watched TV while I did the dishes and cleaned the kitchen. I prepared morning meds and breakfast setup for tomorrow. Dr. Vesper took his pm meds and prepared for bed.

CHORES: Filled food and water bowls for Hillary and Kemper, cleaned liter box, swept entrance, cleaned glass doors, vacuumed, sanitized counters, prepared March calendar and posted appointments, laundry (top sheet, towels, Kemper’s bed & blanket) made  bed, watered house plants, baked scones & prepared meals

VISITORS/WORKERS: None

COMMENTS:  Dr. Vesper got up at 11a, he ate breakfast and took morning meds. After breakfast I gave Dr. Vesper a shave/shower and helped him get dressed. He had lunch, watched TV, did exercise and took a long nap while I finished chores and did laundry. Dr. Vesper watched TV until bedtime. I set the table for breakfast and morning meds. He took his p.m. meds and got ready for bed.

Hank Harrington & A-1 Glass – Measure for new glass (attic window)

COMMENTS: I took care of Kemper and Hillary before getting Dr. Vesper up.  He had a sponge bath and dressed before breakfast.  He took his morning meds with breakfast. Once Elena arrived, she kept an eye on Dr. Vesper while he ate breakfast and I left for Krogers. We did exercise in the afternoon. He had lunch and a nap in the afternoon. He watched TV after dinner. I did the dishes and set the table for morning breakfast and a.m. meds. Dr. Vesper took his p.m. meds and prepared for bed.

NOTE: Hank met with the glass company here this morning to measure for the glass to replace the broken window in the attic. He also did a temporary fix for the leak around the chimney until he can get back and do a more complete job.

Aaronco – Finished installing new coils in attic

COMMENTS: I took care of Kemper & Hillary when I arrived and started chores before getting Dr. Vesper up. He ate breakfast and took his morning meds. After breakfast, I gave him a sponge bath and helped him get dressed. We did exercise, then he took a nap while I did laundry. After dinner he watched TV.  I set the table for breakfast and prepared morning meds. He took his p.m. meds and I helped him get ready for bed.

NOTE: Dr. Vesper got up very confused this morning. I called Dr. Wilson right away, turns out the culprit was Mucinex, we stopped it immediately and Dr. Wilson called in a script for Azithromycin. Dr. Vesper took the first two pills today and will have one per day through Sunday.  (Azithromycin added to Am medicine container) The confusion was gone just before dinner.
