When I got Rose up and into the bathroom I changed her briefs she had produced a small bowel movement I gave her a sponge bath put on clean clothes and brushed her hair. After he came into the kitchen I went and got Rose up, took her in the bathroom and got her cleaned up changed her clothes. Her pad was slightly damp. Place on her back seems to be healing nicely. Rose was very quiet most of the day and staring up at the towards the ceiling did not say much of anything until her toileting at 4 p.m. but she seemed a little more alert and tried to reply to my questions. While changing her shirt I noticed Rose has a pressure point on her right shoulder blade about the size of a quarter with a little skin tear in the middle I put antibiotic ointment on it. At the noon restroom break I noticed there was a small amount of blood on Rose’s pad. She has a pressure point on her bottom so I also applied antibiotic ointment to it.

COMMENTS:
I went in to wake them up at 10:45 a.m. Dr Vesper ask to sleep longer. So I got Rose up took her in the bathroom to get her up and ready for the day.
As a side note I have a hard time with the new belts on the left she seems to lay flat instead of seated. I had a hard time keeping her in the wheelchair, so in the future I’ll just use the Geri Chair in the morning.
I took her out and fix her breakfast then Dr Vesper got up about 11:30. I took his blood sugar it was 115. I got doctor Vespers breakfast together and then went ahead and fed Rose. Doctor Vesper sat at the kitchen table until after 2 p.m. I gave him lunch at 2pm, ham and cheese rolls and grapes. Rose had a half a ham and cheese sandwich.
Then by the retired to the living room to watch TV.
At both bathroom breaks Rose’s brief was damp, and upon wiping there were smears of feces but no bowel movement.
