When i arrived Dr Vesper was just finishing up his breakfast. I brought him the paper. Then I fed camper and took care of the cat.

I took Rose in her medicine and gave her eye drops than prepared the bathroom for the morning routine. Roses pad was wet so I cleaned her up and got her dressed took her out to the living room.

I prepared breakfast. For breakfast Rose had bacon, yogurt with blueberries and English muffin, Orange juice and miralax.

On our 1230 restroom break Rose was dry and clean

At 2 p.m. I gave her her meds and then we had a lunch she has some of my leftover quesidilla and some yogurt was strawberries.

4 p.m. restroom break Rose had a wet pad and a bowel movement so I cleaned her up than sat her next to Dr Vesper to watch TV.

When I arrived Dr Vesper was sitting at the kitchen table finishing his breakfast. Sandy was here to mow the lawn.

I took care of Kemper and the cat then set up the bathroom for Roses morning routine.

Roses brief was wet and there were traces of BM. I got her dressed and cleaned up and brought her into the kitchen where I began to prepare breakfast. Dr. Vesper went back to bed.

For breakfast Rose had, bacon, toast and cream of wheat with orange juice and Miralax.

Around 12:30 I took Rose to the restroom she was dry.

For lunch Rose had cottage cheese with pineapple she seemed to enjoy that.

Dr. Vesper got up around 2 p.m. I gave Rose her afternoon meds  and she sat with Dr. Vesper and watched tv.

I took Rose at 4 to the restroom. Changed her pad she had a small bathroom.

When I arrived at the Vesper home Rose was resting quietly. Lucy brought me up to date on the day’s events.  Dr Vesper had just woke up from his nap.

I took Rose to the restroom, her pad was fairly dry, I changed it. And then we went back into the kitchen and I started supper.

For supper Rose and Dr Vesper had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and peas. Dr Vesper had Cherry 7Up and Rose had kefir milk.

Around 8:15 I gave evening meds to Dr. Vesper and Rose. Then I took Rose into the bathroom and got her ready for bed. Her brief was wet and she had a large BM. I cleaned her up, put on fresh clothes and got her into bed.

I set up for the next morning, told Dr Vesper goodnight and left at 9 p.m.

shift 10am-5pm

When I arrived, Stephanie was there. She had spent the night because Dr. Vesper had a fall on Friday. Stephanie had already given Rose her morning meds and eye drops. I noticed that Dr. Vesper had not gotten up to eat his breakfast yet.

At around 10:30 I got Rose up and took her to the bathroom for her morning routine. Her briefs were wet but did not soak through to her pj’s. No bm during the night. I got her cleaned up and dressed.

Rose watched the birds while I prepared breakfast. She had a scrambled egg,  two pieces of bacon, toast and juice with miralax. She ate all except a bit of toast. Rose sat at the window and watched the birds. She was talkative today. Answering some of my questions with “yes”, saying a few other things and whistling with the birds.

Restroom visit at 12:30 with a small bm, and wet pad. I changed her pad.

The granddaughters came to swim from about 1:30-3:30. I fixed Rose lunch of cottage cheese and peaches. She enjoyed every bite. I checked on Dr. Vesper and gave him his eye drops as prescribed. I reminded him he did not have breakfast and he seemed surprised, but did not get up.

Around 4pm I became concerned when I noticed his morning meds on the kitchen table so I called Stephanie and she talked to her dad and he came out to the living room. I gave him his meds, but he refused any food or drink at that time.

4:30 I took Rose to the restroom. She was not wet and had no bm.

5pm, Susan arrived and I updated her on Rose and Dr. Vespers day.

Dr Vesper was sitting at the kitchen table eating breakfast.  I greeted Dr. Vesper took care of the animals,  gave Rose her levonix and set up for her morning routine.

Her brief was wet and she had a bm during the night. I cleaned her up, dressed her and let her watch the birds while i prepared breakfast.

I gave her morning meds and she had scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and juice with miralax. She ate about 90%.

Dr. Vesper had went back to bed and Rose rested uneasily occasionally moaning. I had a hard time keeping her up in her chair. She slid down several times. 12:30 restroom her brief was dry.

Dr. Vesper was up at 1:30, I gave Rose cottage cheese and mellon for lunch.  She seemed to enjoy it.

2pm meds and than to watch tv with Dr. Vesper. She continued to slid down in her chair,  I do use her belt. I asked Dr. Vesper if i could lay her down in bed so she could nap because she looked uncomfortable but he wanted her to remain with him.

4:30 rest room visit with slightly damp pad. Changed the pad. She is resting comfortably next to Dr. Vesper.

Gave morning meds upon arrival

Got Rose up at 10:30am and into the restroom. Small bowel movment. Sponage bath. Changed briefs, dressed, and combed her hair. Moved to geri chair and into the livingroom for breakfast. Rose is very tired this morning.

Breakfast: hard boiled egg, cinnamon raisin toast and oj with miralax. She only ate about 1/3 of breakfast. Than fell asleep in her chair.

Rose ate all her lunch. Cottage cheese with pineapple. More alert this afternoon.

2pm meds adminstered

Restroom @ 3pm, lg bm

Rose awake when I arrived. Gave her morning medicine. Took care of the cat and dog. Went and got rose up. Took her to the restroom. Cleaned her up and changed her clothes.

Fed her breakfast, bacon and toast with juice and her miralax.

Her bed linen was wet, so I washed it and will put back on the bed.

Cleaned up the kitchen, Lee did not go to church today.

Took Rose to the restroom. She shook and whinced in pain when urinating. I told Dr. Vesper and will let Mossy know today.

Lunch: cottage cheese with pineapple.

Gave 2pm pills, Rose is resting and watching television with Lee.

Fed the dog and took Rose to the restroom.
