Dr having breakfast when I arrived. Cleaning lady here also. Woke Rose and gave morning meds. Started Rose’s morning routine. She was damp again. Rose had a medium loose b.m. Prepared breakfast for Rose and completed morning chores. Dr returned to bed around 10:30a. Rose snoozed until her 12:30 restroom. She had another loose b.m. She was dry and I couldn’t hear any urine output. Rose listened to music while I prepared her lunch at 1:45p. Rose napped after lunch. Dr was still in bed at 2:45p.

Breakfast: veggy omelet, bacon,toast, oj w/miralax

Lunch: PBJ,fresh apple slicez

Dr having breakfast when I arrived. Gave Rose her morning meds including her 6a meds and did a few morning chores.  Woke Rose for her morning routine.  She was damp to her disposable pad. she had slept on her right side. she had a tiny b.m.  Again I could not verify any urine output. Put Dr’s eyedrops in and reminded him Mary was coming at 11:30 to take him to Mass and lunch. He went back to bed for a few minutes while Rose had breakfast. Mary arrived and was able to get Dr to dress and go out. Rose had a loose b.m. at 12:30p. She napped while I prepared lunch. Gave Rose her 2p meds. Dr and Mary returned around 2(?)p and Dr and Rose watched tv/snoozed the rest of the afternoon. Gave Dr his eyedrops @3p. Rose was dry @ her 4:30p restroom break and I could not hear any urine output but she had a loose medium b.m.  She and Dr continued to watch tv/ snooze the rest of the afternoon. Put Dr’s eyedrops in @ 6p and served dinner. Dr and Rose continued to watch tv while I cleaned the kitchen and prepared for Rose’s bedtime routine. Rose was dry again and Dr was in bed when Rose came in. Gave their eyedrops and said goodnight.

Breakfast: oatmeal, cinnamon raisin toast, bacon, oj w/ metamucil

Lunch: cottage cheesew/fresh peaches

Dinner:baked hamw/ pineapple, asparagus, saladw/fruit, roll

Late dessert: ice cream w/ fresh peaches. Dr and Rose really enjoyed this.

10a-12p   Arrived at 10am. Dr Vesper was eating breakfast. I gave Rose her meds that had been left on the counter.  I started Rose’s morning toilet. Her pj’s and underpad were damp. She was a little relunctant to get up. She had a less than small b.m.  I could not hear if there was urine output. Dr. Vesper laid down for a few minutes after his breakfast. I prepared breakfast for Rose and she ate everthing.  Mossy arrived to take Dr. Vesper to his cat scan.

12:15p-4:15p Began Rose’s 12:30 toileting.  She was dry and had a small b.m. I brushed her teeth. Flossing wasn’t very successful. We returned to the kitchen and I prepared Rose’s lunch and gave her meds at 2pm. Rose napped until 4:15p. I cleaned up the kitchen, completed morning chores, swept family room, and made the bed while Rose napped.

4:15p-5p  Took Rose a little early for her 4:30 toilet to make sure she would be toileting by 4:30. She had another small b.m.  I also changed her brief and sponge bathed her. We returned to the kitchen and fed the dog. Mossy and Dr. Vesper returned a few minutes later.

Breakfast: cream of wheat, bacon, toast w/jam, oj w/miralax

Lunch: cottage cheese w/tomatoes, chocolate protein drink, water

2:45-3:00    I arrived a few minutes early to talk with Mossy about dinner plans and setting up kitchen area for breakfast.  Rose was in the kitchen and Dr. Vesper was napping.

3:00-4:20   Rose was alert throughout dinner preparation. Dr. Vesper awoke around 3:15 and read the mail and watched a little t.v.

4:20-5:20.  I started Rose’s 4:30 toileting early as I new I would need more time.  Rose did pass a lot of gas and had a small b.m. Dr Vesper went back to bed whhile we were toileting. I woke him at 5:45 for dinner

5:20-8:15   I finished dinner prep with Rose watching the birds.  Rose was very alert during dinner and ate very well. They enjoyed a little tv after dinner while I cleaned the kitchen.

8:15-9:49. I gave evening meds and began Rose’s bedtime toileting. Dr. Vesper was ready for bed by the time we came out of the bathroom.  Rose was asleep almost instantly. Stephanie stopped in and we chatted very briefly.

Dinner: Chicken cacciatore, salad w/fresh fruit, keifer milk, and banana split cake.
