Arrived a few minutes before 10. I had a liitle trouble getting the lockbox open. It opened after I jiggled the box. Kemper’s barking must have woken Dr as he came out within a few minutes. Rose prefered to sleep a little longer. Gave levo and put in eyedrops. Took care of Hillary and Kemper. She was only slightly awake during her morning toileting. No urine output but did have a small BM. It did take awhile for me to determine that she was finished. She did have damp PJs. Rose was also sleepy during her breakfast but she did eat everything served. Bushed and flossed. Her 12:30 toileting had no output and she was still very sleepy during it. Did ROM excercise. Rose kept her eyes closed during lunch and continued to nap. She took her 2pm meds without issue but I had to try several times before she would take her vitamins and tum. Dr took a short nap also.
Rose isn’t wanring to drink her water so I am ofering it every 15 minutes or so. Stephanie arrived around 2:30. She checked the pool pump,brought in the mail, and watered the inside plants. She also picked daffodils for Dr. Finished swiffering, washing windows, and made the bed. A basket for the walker arrived, but I wasn’t successful in attaching it. Dr wants it to hang outside the walker. Joan called for Mossy. She will call back on Tuesday. Rose’s 4:30 toileting was lengthy as she had a large BM and needed a dry depend. Susan arrived and finished up.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, cinnamon toast, 2 slices bacon, o.j.w/miralax
Lunch: Cottage cheese w/blueberries

Arrived to find Dr already up and eating breakfast. Gave Rose her morning meds and put her compression socks on. Dr going to aquatic pt so waiting for him to dress. She has damp pjs this morning. Stephanie called as Dr had set off a med alert. Everything was ok with Dr and Rose. Mossy arrived at 11a to transport Dr. Rose had a late breakfast of bacon,cream of wheat,cinnamon raisin toast,juice with miralax.No output at toileting at 12:45pm and Rose was dry. Rose had sweet and sour pork,rice, protein drink for lunch. Gave 2pm meds. Dr returned around 2:30p. Ate a late lunch of ham sandwich, apple, and 7up. Mossy hung wreaths on doors and gates. Dr and Rose watching tv in living room. 4:30 toileting Rose was wet but did have very small BM but no urine output.

Arrived at 10am and set off the house alarm which woke Dr. Vesper. Rose was still sleeping and was a little reluctant to wake. She was slightly damp. Gave her morning meds and applied eyedrops. She only had gas at her morning toileting. Dr and Rose both ate all of their breakfast. Dr’s blood sugar before eating was 119,no insulin. Completed morning chores. Rose had no urine or bm output at 12:30 and she started her nap before leaving the bathroom. Dr watched tv after breakfast.
Lelah, the bath aide,came at 11ish, but Dr declned.
Had to wake Rose for her lunch of yogurt and fresh pear. Both are still napping after lunch. No output at 4:30 toileting. Caught next caregiver up before leaving at 5pm.

Arrived at 5 pm and caught up with Michele. Rose was napping near the windows and Dr was watching the news.
Dr decided to have bacon,lettuce, and tomato sandwiches for supper with their usual salad. Both Rose and Dr ate all of their meals. I assisted Dr to rr during supper. He did very well ambulating. Rose and Dr watching tv after supper. Dr likes to have Rose close to him. Gave bedtime meds at 8:15. Started Rose’s bedtime routine also. Rose inbed at 9:05pm. Tested Dr’s sugar and assisted him with insulin injection. Stephanie called and she is on her way. Dr had a little ice cream for a late dessert while watching football.

Arrived at 10a and Dr had eaten and gone back to bed. Woke Rose and gave levothroxine w/water. She was damp so I began her morning routine. She had a small normal b.m.  Gave Rose her morning meds. Rose was very ready for breakfast. She snoozed a little while I cleaned the kitchen. Rose was dry at her 12:30 toileting and had quite a bit of gas and a small soft b.m.  After lunch Dr was up and they watched a show with some big band music and Rose was dancing in her chair! She was very alert for quite a while and then napped  until I woke her for her 4:30 routine. She had gas again and a medium soft b.m. and I changed her depend. She and Dr watched tv until supper. Rose had a good appetite. Rose was very alert this evening. Gave evening meds at 8:15 and started Rose’s bedtime routine. Rose was a little damp through her pants so she got a sponge bath. I put a larger depend on her hoping to not have any leakage tonight. I gave both Dr and Rose their eyedrops. Dr was setting the alarm when I left.

Arrived at 3p and caught up with morning CG. Rose is listening to music and is really enjoying it. Rose had a small loose b.m. at 4:30. She napped until supper and as usual her appetite was very good. She and Dr watched tv after supper. At 8:15 gave Rose’s pm meds and began her bedtime routine. She had a loose small b.m. I put her eyedrops in and Rose was still awake when I left at 9p.

Supper: Spaghetti and meatballs, salad w/fruit, garlic bread

Dr having breakfast when I arrived. Picked up mail  on the way in. Gave Rose all morning meds w/water,put in eyedrops, and began her morning routine. Rose was wet to the washable pad. Gave her a thorough sponge bath. She had a lot of gas and I couldn’t hear any urine output. Dr was back in bed as I got Rose up. Prepared breakfast and did am chores. At 12:30 Rose had a loose medium b.m. and was dry. She napped between breakfast and lunch. Dr was up around 2p and I put in his eyedrops. He and Rose watched tv and read the paper. Rose had another medium b.m. and needed a fresh brief at 4:30. She continued to nap and watch tv with Dr until next CG arrived. Caught up with CG.

Breakfast: omelet,bacon,cinnamonraisin toast, oj w/ metamucil

Lunch: Ham and cheese rollup, apple slices
