Saturday, September 8, 2018-10:00 am-5:00pm

Arrived at 10 am to find Rose awake. Passed Levo and pout in eye drops. Took care of Kemper and Hillary. Started prep for Rose’s breakfast. Took Rose to her morning toileting. There was no production. Dr came out to the kitchen just as Rose started her breakfast. She was a little sleepy and it took quite awhile for her to eat. Dr and Rose stayed at the table while Dr read. Rose was dry and there was no production at 12:30 toileting. Rose had a small lunch since breakfast was longer than usual. Rose and Dr watching football after lunch. Passed 2 pm meds,tums and vitamins. No output at 4:30 p toileting. Rose has been reluctant to drink today. Just a few sips at a time, have managed to get her to drink 1 full cup of water. She is wanting to snooze now. She and Dr are watching a WWII movie.

Breakfast: eggs,bacon, toast, OJ/Miralax

Lunch: mix of macaroni and potato salads, vanilla drink

Chores: swiffered family room, washed up dishes, made bed, wiped counters and table w/Clorox wipes

Saturday, July 7, 2018/10:00a-2:00p

Jessica and her family still here when I arrived at 10a. Rose awake and gave levo and put in eyedrops. She was damp through to the disposable pad. Started breakfast and took care of pet needs. Began Rose’s morning toileting. She had urine output and a small soft b.m. Dr got up while I was preparing breakfast. Stephanie arrived with Charlotte and spent some time with her sister and family. Rose ate all of her breakfast. Jessica and her family said their goodbyes to Dr and Rose. Rose was dry at her 12:30 toileting. She had no output. Made the bed and washed dishes. Prepared lunch for Rose. She ate all of her lunch. caught up with next caregiver and said goodbye to Rose and Dr.

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, cinnamon toast, 2 slices bacon, o.j. w/miralax.
Lunch: Steak, potato salad, banana surprise.

Monday, May 21, 2018-10:00am-5:00pm

Arrived at 10am to find Dr and Rose awake. Gave levo and put in eyedrops. Prep breakfast and took car of pet needs. Gave Rose her morning meds and started her morning toilette. She was damp through to disposable pad. No output this morning. Dr stayed in bed a few more minutes. Took Rose to kitchen for breakfast. She was starting to get a bit sleepy towards the end but ate everything served. Rose was dry and had a good urine output at her 12:30 toiletting. She had a bit of gas with a tiny BM. Rose was wanting to start her afternoon nap during lunch but she stayed awake long enough to eat everything. I promised her I wouldn’t wake her up for anything else after lunch was over. She and Dr are watching tv and snoozing some. He was very happy to finally have her by his side. Passed 2pm meds. Rose napped until her 4:30p toileting. She was dry and there was no output. Susan arrived and I caught her up on the days events.

Breakfast: oatmeal, bacon, cinnamon toast, o.j. w/miralax
Lunch:Half of cordon bleu, mashed potatoes, edamame salad, chocolate protein drink.

Monday, April 23, 2018-10:00a-5:00-p

Arrived at 10a to find Dr and Rose both awake. Gave Rose her levo and eyedrops. Dr inquired as to the weather and said he just might stay in bed if it was gloomy! He did get up while I was taking care if pet needs. Gave morning meds and Got Rose up for her morning toiletting. She was wet through with a large spot on the bottom sheet. There was no output at her morning toilette. Sponge bathed her, applied ointment to her sore spot on her backside and applied antibiotic ointment to her shoulder when I put her top on. Finished preparing Rose’s breakfast. She was ready to eat and left nothing on her plate. Rose’s 12:30 toiletting did not produce ant output and she was dry. Reapplied ointment to sore spot on bottom. Did ROM during morning dressing and again after 12:30 toileting. Prepared lunch, Rose cleanked her plate again. Passed 2:00 meds, gummy vitamins, and tums. The bed was wet through to the mattress, so I washed the mattress pad, the pads and sheet. I also put disposable pads under the mattress pad when I remade the bed to protect the mattress. Dr and Rose watched tv in the afternoon. Rose’s 4:30 toileting had urine output only.

Breakfast: cream of wheat, 2 slices bacon, cinnamon toast w/butter, oj w/miralax.
Lunch: leftover roast beef,carrots, and potatoes, chocolate protein drink.

Monday, April 9, 2018/10:00am-5:00pm

Arrived at 10a, greeted by Kemper. Took care of pet needs. Dr was awake and Rose needed a little prodding. Dr got up right away so we were able to check his BS. 127 this am. Gave Rose her eyedrops and her levo,she dropped it in the bed so had to get another. Did not find the lost one. Gave morning meds.Rose was damp through to her disposable pad and the top sheet was wet also. Rose’s am toiletting did not produce any output. Rose ate all of her breakfast. Brushed and flossed after breakfast. Started a load of laundry. Rose was dry at 12:30 and had a medium BM. Rose has been quite alert this a.m. and during her 12:30 toiletting. She was a little sleepy during lunch. She is napping while Dr is watching t.v. Gave 2pm meds, vitamins and tums. Put laundry in to dry. Retrieved mail. Remade bed. No output at 4:30 toiletting. Rose did have gas. Caught up with Susan when she arrived. Rose has been asleep most of the afternoon and was sleepy at her 4:30 toiletting.

Lunch: Leftover chinese, protein drink.

Monday, March 26, 2018/10a-5p

Arrived a few minutes before 10am. Rose was awake but Dr was still sleeping. Gave Rose her levo w/water and put in eye drops. Took care of pet needs and got Rose up for her morning routine. She was damp through to the disposable pad. Rose had no output at her morning toiletting. Dr got up while we were in the bathroom so we missed his morning BS check. Changed the top sheet on bed as we managed to get the top edge damp. Prepared Rose’s breakfast and she cleaned her plate. She was very alert at breakfast and afterward. Cleared the table and started the dishes after Dr moved to the tv area. Rose was dry at her 12:30pm toiletting. She had a large BM but no urine output. Brushed and flossed. Took Rose back to family room to sit with Dr while I prepared her lunch. Rose was a little sleepy during lunch but she had been awake most of the day. Dr and Rose watching tv this afternoon. Washed dirty Pj’s and wet sheet. swiffered kitchen. Kemper had a large accident on the mat at the door so I spent some time cleaning it. It is outside drying. 4:30 toiletting produced urine but noing else. Brought Rose back to LR to watchtv with Dr. Caoght up with Susan when she arrived at 5p.

Lunch: Green beans w/potatoe, 1/2 corncake, 1/4 fresh apple,chocolate protein drink

Monday, March 12, 2018-10:00am-5:00pm

Arrived at 10a.m. to find Rose and Dr still sleeping. Woke Rose and gave levo and eyedrops. Took care of animal needs and started breakfast prep. Rose was damp thru to the disposable pad. Her morning toileting did not have any output. Dressed Rose and took her to the kitchen to finish preparing her breakfast. Gave her a.m. meds. Dr continued to sleep a little longer and got up just as Rose was finishing her breakfast. Rose is more alert and singing a little. They sat together at the table enjoying a beautiful sunshiney morning. Rose’s 12:30 toiletting had urine output but no BM. Her depend was dry. Took Rose back to kitchen to prepare lunch. Rose was not real enthusiastic about eating but did eat everything. Gave Rose her 2 pm meds, vitamins, and tum. Rose and Dr moved to the tv area. Rose napped while Dr watched tv. Finished morning chores and finished laundry started earlier in the day. Susan called and is bringing Frisch’s for dinner. Rose had no output at her 4:30 toileting and needed a fresh depend.
