- 5-7 Made a dinner of salad ,spaghetti and sauce and ciabatta roll and 7 up .Vanilla ice cream for dessert Washed dishes and prepped for Sunday . Dr Vesper watched tv and Rose dosed off and on. Both ate well
- 7-9 Took Rose to the bathroom ,urine only ,brushed teeth, gave her eye drops and night time meds
- Gave Dr Vesper his eye drops before I left

- Arrived at 10 am and gave Dr Vesper his eye drops at 10:45 .Gave Rose her eye drops and Levothyroxine

- Urine/BM. wet overnight depends, 12:30 no output
- Lunch grilled ham and cheese sandwich,tomato and protein drink
- Meds. morning meds,eye drops,2 pm meds
- Excercise ROM
- Dental brushed and flossed after meals
- Fluids orange juice,protein milk,and water throughout my shift
- Naps napping throughout this shift
- Chores made bed,did dishes,swept entry way,cleaned litter box,fed Hillary
- Comments The Vesper’s grandchildren are visiting from Florida

- Lunch cottage cheese,blueberries,pimento spread on crackers,banana and protein drink
- Meds 2pm
- Urine/BM overnight depends wet 12 :30 small BM 4:30 medium BM and urine
- Brushed and flossed after meals
- Nap 3:00pm – 4:15
- Chores made bed, cleaned litter box,swept front entry,did dishes,cleaned the counter and fed Kemper
- Comments Gave Dr Vesper his eye drops at 3:15 .Sandy came and did yard work Rose was very alert today and very pleasant

- Arrived at 10:00am.Reminded Dr Vesper of his doctor appointment. He left at 10:50 b/c he couldn’t get the garage open with the keypad so he had to come in and walk back through the house. I gave Rose her eye drops and Levothyroxine
- Bath. Sponge bath
- Breakfast. Oatmeal and mango,juice with Miralax,bacon,toast and butter
- Urine/BM. Overnight Depends ,wet 12:30 small bm 4:30 urine and a large BM ( formed multiple pieces)
- Exercise. ROM
- Fluids 32ounces water ,8ounces orange juice, 8 ounces protein milk
- Meds Morning meds with yogurt, 2:00 meds with vitamins and Tum
- Nap off and on
- Chores Filled cat bowl and cleaned litter box,washed front windows,swept front entry,made bed and washed dishes
- Comments Dr Vesper retuned home about 1:00 .He drank some coffee and refused lunch. He read and watched tv and ate an apple about 4:30 and as always pleasant.Rose seemed comfortable today

- Arrived. @ 10 am Dr. Vesper had gone back to bed but got up to go to church. I gave Rose her eye drops and Levothyroxine
- Bath. Sponge bath
- Breakfast Oatmeal, juice with Miralax,bacon and toast
- Lunch grilled cheese,grapes and protein drink
- Dental hygiene. Brushed and flossed after meals
- Urine/BM. Saturated overnight pull up ,10:30 urine, 12:30 urine and large BM (multiple formed pieces) and 4:30urine
- Excercise ROM
- Fluids. 32ounces water, orange juice and protein drink ,
- Naps All day
- Chores. Did dishes,washed windows, fed Kemper,filled cat bowl and cleaned cat box, wiped off counters I had to change the top sheet on the bed due to urine.
- Comments. Rose’s pj’s were soaked and top sheet was wet. Changed top sheet and put pj’s in the laundry room. Dr Vesper came home from church about 3:00pm and watched tv and had some coffee . Dr Vesper ‘s daughter from Florida called while he was out and I gave him the message

- Arrived at 10 Dr Vesper was at the table I reminded him of his church service at IHM . He got dressed and was out the door by10:20
- Bathroom. Took Rose to bathroom and gave her a sponge bath and dressed her
- Breakfast Cream of wheat with mango, cinnamon toast, bacon and orange juice with Miralax
- Lunch. Cottage cheese, hard boiled egg club crackers and protein drink
- Dental hygiene Brushed and flossed after meals
- Urine Overnight depends wet with a BM smear,12:30 urine. 4:30 no urine
- Excercise ROM
- Fluids 32 ounces of water, orange juice, and protein drink
- Nap Didn’t seem like she could get comfortable ,was moaning with eyes open
- Chores. Washed dishes cleaned Windows, filled the cat bowl , fed Kemper Blew off front entry
- Comments Rose was very pleasant in the morning but after lunch she began moaning I’m not sure if that happens a lot or not. She only had a short nap later in my shift. Dr Vesper returned home about 3:30 pm He had coffee but refused a snack He read the newspaper

- Bathroom Toileted her and gave her a sponge bath Brushed and flossed teeth
- Breakfast Oatmeal , mango toast bacon ,and orange juice/miralax
- Exercise. ROM
- NAP OFF and on
- Meds. Levothyroxine ,eye drops, Miralax, Tum 2 multivitamin and 2:00 meds
- Lunch. 1/2 almond butter and orange marmalade sandwich ,protein drink
- Fluid. 32oz water ,orange juice and protein drink
- Chores. Swept front walk, did dishes, cleaned front window , filled up cat food ,fed Kemper and cleaned cat box
- Urine. Wet overnight, 10:30, 1:00,4:3o
- Comments. Rose was tired today but ate well and drank well .Dr Vesper went to church and the gym and had coffee but refused snack and then read the paper and went to bed for a nap Podiatrist office called for an appointment reminder
