Arrival Time- 10am

Bath- Sponge bath upon wake up

Dental Hygiene- brushed teeth after breakfast and brushed and flossed after lunch.

Breakfast- French Toast with berries, and powerded sugar and syrup, bacon and oj w/Miralax.

Lunch- Left over cottage ham, corn bread, H2O

Exercise- ROM with legs and arms upon wake up ( Rose is very loose today)

Meds- 10am 2 pills w/1 Levothyroxine; 3p 7 pills from machine plus 2 tums, 2 multivitamin

Chores- windex windows, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned and sanitized both bathrooms, cleaned out cat box, swept up sand, prepared and served breakfast, clean up dishes for breakfast and lunch and put away, made bed, prepared for night shift, blew leaves away from door ( very windy today), took out garbage, wiped down all countertops, fed Kemper and Hilary.

Comments- Rose is very calm today and very lucid. She said ” excuse me” when she passed gas! Her appetite is still good, and she is still managing not to catch any viruses. Dr. Vesper has been feeling quite well, and has not wanted to take any medicine as he is not coughing, or sneezing. He went to church today and has been relaxing on the couch for the most part. I gave him warmed up coffee and an granola bar upon his return from Mass.

Dental Hygiene- brused teeth and flossed this morning

Breakfast- Steel cut oats with Cinnamon and Raisin toast w/butter, oj w/miralax

Lunch- Bacon with cottage cheese, 8oz of water ( drank the whole bottle, Rose is very thirsty today)

Exercise- ROM this morning with arms and legs

Meds- 2 pills given at 10am along with 1-Levothryroxine, 3p 7 pills plus 2 tums and 2 multi-vitamin.

Bathroom Breaks- Depends wet upon wakeup; 10:30 void; 12:30p void, 4:30p- BM small only.

Chores- washed glass windows, prepared and served breakfast, cleaned up and put away dishes, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned both bathrooms, sanitzed all appliances and phone and remote, made bed, cleaned out cat box and swept up litter, fed Kemper, swept away leaves outside.

Comments- Dr. Vesper went back to bed after breakfast ( did not have coffee this morning due to the Kurig acting “funny”) It was fine for me, and after he woke up ( around 2P) I fixed him a nice hot cup of coffee and gave him a granola bar for a snack. He read the mail and newspaper for the majority of the day. I later gave him a warm blanket, and he took a small nap on the couch.

Rose was very thirsty today and sleepy. She was quite loose in her extremities and relaxed. Her appetite was very good today. I also gave her a warm blanket, and she was relaxing in front of the t.v when I left.

Arrival Time- 5p

Bath- Sponge bath for bedtime ( got a bath today as well)

Dental Hygiene- Brushed teeth before bed

Dinner- Spaghetti and garlic bread; Dessert- Ice Cream ( Dr. Vesper got a white cherry on top as he calls it, which was Lactaid pill)

Meds- 8p meds given to Rose and Dr. Vesper; Night eye drops given to Rose upon bedtime

Chores- Prepared and served dinner, clean up and put away, wiped down all counters and sanitized. Set out morning meds for both Rose and Dr. Vepser. Prepared his breakast table and coffee for the morning.

Comments- Rose was very relaxed tonight. She didnt finish all of her dinner, she was chipmunking her food, which usually tells me she has had enough. She did however, enjoy her ice cream! She watched some t.v with her husband, until she was ready for bed. I warmed up a blanket for the Dr. upon Mossy’s instructions. He enjoyed it immensily. I also warmed up his PJ’s before bedtime, in which I gave to him before I left.

Bathroom Breaks- 8:00-8:30p small BM at bedtime.

Lunch- cottage cheese, ham and cheese.

Nap- took a nap after lunch

AM Meds- 6am meds given at 10am along with Levothyroxine, morning eye drops.

2pm Meds- gave at 3:00p since morning was not given until 10am. I gave Rose 2 tums and 2 multi-vitamins as well.

Exercise- ROM  ( not as stiff this morning) Rose feels and acts alot more relaxed today than she did yesterday.

Chores- Leaf removal, windex windows on doors, vacuumed, swept, mopped, cleaned both restrooms, made bed, cleaned out cat box, swept up cat litter, fed Kemper and Hillary, cleaned up and put away all dishes throughout day. Sanatized all kitchen hardware, appliances and counters.

Restroom breaks- wet depends upon wakeup, 12:30p void only, 4p- Void only

Dr. Vesper went to church today, and upon returning to home, I gave him a fresh cup of coffee, and a granola bar.  He was glad to come back to some birds taking advantage of his bird seed offering, even though it was snowing all day.

Rose seems in much better spirits today. She is relaxed, and talking more. She watched the birds this morning, while I was cooking breakfast, and started whistling and singing to them. She was responding well with Dr. Vesper, which made him very happy. She even responded to my ” are you hungry Rose” question with a ” yes”. I was laughing at Kemper doing something and she started laughing too.

Dental Hygiene- Brushed teeth/flossed after Breakfast

Exercise-ROM ( arms were really stiff this morning)

Dr. Vesper slept until about 1:30p. Upon wakeup, I gave him warmed up coffee and a Nutrigrain bar. He gladly took it

Lunch- 3p- Gave Rose 2p meds( gave a little later due to the morning dose being given at 10am). Cottage Cheese and pineapple chucks. Water.

Chores- cleaned and sanatized both Restrooms, wiped down dining table, and all counters (2x), windex windows, swept outside free of leaves, cleaned litter box out, and swept up sand, fed Kemper and Hillary, made bed, vacuumed living room and bedroom. Mopped kitchen dining room, and restrooms. Did a final leaf clearing before leaving. I was at war with them today, and I do believe they won. Dr. Vesper was laughing at me. It made him giggle that I would sweep them, and a wind gust would bring them right back to the door before I was even back inside. This happend a couple of times. I was glad to brighten his day!

Water- 8 oz of Kefir Milk-Peach

Dental Hygiene- Brushed at bedtime

Dinner- Cod sandwich ( Rose opted out and just ate the Cod) with Sweet Potato Fries. Declined Desert.

Meds Rose- 10 p meds given at 8p with water and yogurt ( it did not come out of machine, Mossy came back to home to help me dispense medication to Rose. Machine may be out of 10p meds. I will advise weekend caregivers. Mossy showed me where they were in kitchen drawer, but advised me they were for the machine.
Meds- Dr. Vesper- 8p meds given at 8p with water

Chores: Prepared Dr. Vesper breakfast table for the morning, cooked and served dinner, cleaned up dinner dishes and put away, wiped down counters and dining room table.

Bedtime: Starting putting Miss Rose to bed around 8:15p. Brushed teeth, washed face. Only voided tonight before bed. Cleaned up around buttox from earlier BM. New depends, and into Pajamas. Eye drops for nighttime given. Laid down around 8:50p. Dr. Vesper was in living room watching T.V when I left.

Breakfast- French Toast( made with egg whites only) with fresh berries, bacon, OJ with Miralax

Dental Hygiene- brushed and flossed teeth ( I was able to do only a couple of them)

Lunch- Cottage cheese, Butternut Squash Soup, Peach Kefir Milk. I asked Dr. Vesper 3 times if he wanted something to eat or to drink an Ensure but he declined everytime.

Exercise-ROM. Rose is a little tight today with her arms. Legs are loose.

Nap- light napping throughout the day while watching tv with Dr. Vesper

Meds- Levothyroxine, 6am meds given at 10am, 3p lunch meds with 2 tums and vitamins

Urine/BM output- BM upon waking with void at 10:30am, 12:30p-void only, 4pm- BM with Void (very small)

Chores: Cleaned glass doors, vacuumed while Dr. Vesper went to church, cleaned up kitchen and did all dishes thoughout day and put away, took out kitchen trash, cleaned out litter box and swept cat litter off floor, fed and gave fresh water to both animals, made bed, cleaned and sanitzed both guest and main restroom.

Rose was pretty wet this morning, upon wake up, so I cleaned her off really good, set out fresh PJ’s for tonight, and put the bed pad in the dirty laundry hamper in bathroom. Washing machine is down until Monday, and I looked for another one, but none found. Maybe Susan will have better luck.

FYI- I reminded Dr. Vesper to take his Glucose this morning, because it was left blank, and he said he took it, but didnt write it down.

Grocery list- you are out of eggs and cottage cheese.
