ARRIVED: 10am

CHORES: fed Hillary and Kemper. cleaned cat litter and swept Hillary’s bathroom, refilled water pitcher and coffee basket for tomorrow, washed a few dishes, made bed, emptied urinal, wiped counter tops. Swept hardwoods and door mats. Made a salad for Dr. Vesper’s dinner. Washed sheet and mattress pad.

VISITORS: Sandy

BLOOD GLUCOSE: 150

BREAKFAST: cereal, blueberry muffin and coffee

LUNCH: ham and cheese roll ups.

COMMENTS: doctor Vesper got up about 11 a.m. and to the kitchen for breakfast. I went in to make his bed and tidy his room and noticed feces on the sheets and the mattress pad. I removed the sheet and mattress pad and wash them. After breakfast, I accompanied doctor Vesper to the bathroom cleaned him up and put on fresh pajama bottoms and briefs.
Dr. Vesper has been to the restroom 3 times in the last 90 minutes. I don’t think he is having bm’s because I have accompanied him but I’m not sure of the reason for the frequency.
